The apartment is very well located. Just a couple of minutes from the train station, a great cafe, and a pizzeria. Within a short walking distance, you’ll also find a supermarket, a pharmacy, and the bus station -everything you need is nearby. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful, overlooking both the sea and the town. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

An excellent stay in Guy's apartment that perfectly matches the photos and our expectations. Ideally located, it is close to the beach, shops and the old town. Parking is a real plus in this rental but it is undoubtedly the sea view that we will remember. See you soon in this beautiful area.

We LOVED our stay at Damien's. The apartment was ideally located, a few steps from the beach and close to shops. For the more athletic, like us, we loved the walk along the sea that leads to Menton. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped, in addition to having parking. In short, we recommend it!!

Nice apartment as described in the photo. Very complete, very clean environments with a very pleasant smell. Excellent view from the living room and bedroom terrace to the mountain. Well located if you want to be away from tourist places, but good public transport to the beaches if you go without a vehicle. Highly recommended.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Staying at Riviera Palace is a dream, just like walking into the Bridgerton series or Sissi. The apartment is high up with beautiful views and very large with high ceilings. You have to climb a hill, but it's worth it. I would say it is worth repeating.

This apartment was great for our short visit to Monaco. It was a short walk from the train station and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed and the host gave us recommendations on a variety of different things to do in the area. Everything is within walking distance that you want to see, whether that is visit the Monte Carlo casino or take a walk down to the marina and take in the views of the city. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

The complex is at the top of a steep hill which gives you beautiful view from the balcony. There is a bus stop at the gate so you can get home without the hill climb. Very pleasant 4-day stay because the accommodation perfectly matched the description and the host's explanations were perfectly clear. If we had not had family constraints, we would have liked to stay three or four days longer, as we were so happy and enthusiastic. Address to keep if we return to Menton.

We had a very nice stay in Alix's apartment. The apartment is located in a peaceful residence with an incredible sea view. The pool of the residence is a real plus as well as the private terrace. Alix also provided us with very good addresses for restaurants and local shops.

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)

Very nice stay at Carole's place. Very functional apartment, very well equipped, well arranged and spacious. The view is splendid and the terrace very welcoming.
