Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Menthon-Saint-Bernard

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Laura's place is perfect. High floor, with elevator, and the view outside is just magnificent. She'll give you complete and very clear instructions what to do, and everything you'll need is provided there.

The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and the view are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice hostess. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

Claire’s rental space was beyond my expectations. Everything and so much more than what a camera can capture. There is an ambiance and beautiful treasure awaiting all who come. Claire and her husband, Alain , made such a generous strides to be excellent hosts. I have never had such kind and gracious hosts along with such pristine and beautiful accommodations. We will be back and will not want to stay anywhere else!

Clear instructions prior to arrival. Listing matches photos. It is clean and well located (near the lake) and really not far from the PONT DES AMOURS (about 20/25min walk). A Carrefour Market is steps away. The little touches at check-in are appreciated. We will be back!

Very nice cozy apartment. The apartment is well furnished. The large beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean. In the fridge there was a bottle of water for us, which was very great in the heat. Coffee capsules are also available. We stayed here for the 2nd time. You can reach the city center on foot in 5 minutes and the lake in 10 minutes. Those who like to sleep with the window open should know that it is a little louder, but not all night. Because it was so hot, we also had standing fans available, so that you can sleep with the window closed. The communication and personal key handover went perfectly this time as well.

Very nice, well kept place, kitchen equipped with everything necessary: pots pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Close to everything, and with a bus stop very close by. It is on a third floor but I did not mind because that also meant privacy and being noise free. Will recommend!

We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute calm and a magnificent view of the mountains. The hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will gladly stay in Lathuile again.

It is a beautiful and lovely house and my family enjoyed to stay here so much! It is located right next to the beach so it’s very easy to walk there. I walked to the bakery every morning, and took a walk along the lake at night. It’s a very safe place. Wonderful view, nice garden, and Sophie is a great host!

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. The cottage was spotless, well-equipped and as described. It's a peaceful location with magnificent views of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying with Jean-Michel was a pleasure. We would recommend it.

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We had a pleasant stay in Veyrier. The apartment is very nice and the view is sublime. In addition, it is very well located: 5 minutes from the lake, close to free parking, a convenience store and the bus stop to walk around the lake. Only downside for us: There are no shutters and no blinds/curtains at all the windows of the room upstairs: complicated to rest because it is great day as soon as the sun is there.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

The place was enough and great for us (couple). The terrace and garden is a huge plus. Sunny on the sun loungers listening to the sound of the river and the birds singing, what happiness 🤩 The beach is 15/20min walking. The walks around the park and on the shore of the lake are mega nice. The accommodation is super well located and in a private and very quiet environment. Annecy is not far if you want a side + city. Sébastien recommended places to explore nearby. Recommended!

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
