A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. We spent two wonderful weeks in this great vacation home. The accommodation was exactly as described – cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was a real highlight in the wonderful weather we had over the entire 14 days. The e-bikes provided were also an absolute asset – they allowed us to take many wonderful tours in the area and enjoy the landscape. A special thank you to our host Paul, who welcomed us very warmly. We were greeted with delicious local cookies and a bottle of wine – a very nice and personal gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. We were two with our dog and felt completely comfortable. The holiday home is also ideal for travelers with four-legged friends. We can recommend this holiday home 100% with a clear conscience and will be happy to come back!

Great villa, nice view, very close to cycling area. The place fully matches the house description. Responsive and efficient service from La Conciergerie answering quickly all our requests and helping with local advises.

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

We had a really nice stay. The house is cozy, clean and surrounded by nature. Catherine and Jean Paul were very kind hosts and allowed us to have a unique experience: cuddling the goats and feeding them milk with a bottle! We left early in the morning and couldn't say goodbye to them in person, but we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Highly recommended!

Lovely house with a beautiful view of the lake and very tasteful interior design. We very much enjoyed our stay and our kids as well, having the little playhouse outside and the toys available at the house. Thank you Paul!

Benoit's little chalet is very quaint and quiet It's great for two of us Simple in furnishings and supplies, but enough for 4 nights with our dog who was able to benefit from the large garden ( not fenced). We just missed the basics for cooking ( salt pepper sugar oil wipes any garbage bag etc.) which is not provided. Very good location Close to shops and a nice walk to the expensive ring road

We had a very nice week in St. Jorioz. The apartment did not disappoint us on the whole and we felt very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the large table and sofa perfect for working, relaxing, playing games or watching movies. Communication with the hosts was also smooth and very friendly. There were five of us there, and that worked, but the four of us are probably even more comfortable. There are also vacuum cleaners, wipers, etc., to clean a bit in between, which we also loved. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be enough toilet paper, dish soap, batteries for remote control and things like oil and spices, because it's hard to bring your own if you're traveling without a car. In addition, the apartment is intended for very quiet vacationers. We didn't have a party or anything, and were still too loud for the neighbors. But overall it was great! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay with Agnès and John. The apartment and surrounding area were beautiful and they both made us feel extremely welcome. The lake is a short walk while the bus into town is also a great option for getting around. We highly recommend staying here 💫

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Thanks to Tiffanie, Charlie and Malo for their welcome and congratulations for the beautiful house they set up:)

Lovely house in a quiet area of the lake, easy to travel into Annecy via bus although takes about 30-40 minutes. local swimming spots and restaurants were really nice. Anne was a very helpful and attentive host who helped us with any issues etc. throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay, it was easy to get around by car to visit the city of Annecy, there was also free relay parking, it's ideal. It's great for walking or cycling. Lots of amenities around the house (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental). The house was as seen in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Also very nice welcome on arrival by the host!

We spent a few days in Nat's house, with the family and we all loved it; the accommodation is very beautiful, very spacious, very well equipped, nothing was missing, everything was very clean and the view of the lake was simply beautiful, very exotic and relaxing, the walks in the surroundings pleasant and many, the shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, U tile...) Nat was always very responsive and good advice we go back with pleasure and highly recommend it

My staff loved it. Everything was fine! Beautiful chalet on the mountain with many excursions into nature. Fantastic host who is very helpful and quick to respond to messages.
