Alexandra gave all the necessary details before the checkin. The apartment is very beautiful and cute, it makes us feel like home. And the view was amazing, we had a good weather so we could enjoy the sunset during our stay. We will be really happy to come back there

We had a wonderful stay at Claude and Michelle's. The kitchen was really well equipt and we enjoyed cooking and eating on the terrace at lunchtime when we needed to keep out of the sun 🌞. The apartment was extremely clean and was well laid out and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location was perfect for accessing the bike path, buses and the beach. As it is just off the market square, there was some noise in the mornings, but this wasn't too disruptive and was to be expected. Thank you again for having us 🙏😊

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Thomas is a welcoming and responsive host, who provided us with all the information we needed to fully enjoy our stay. The location is ideal: bike path just behind, hiking trails nearby, and shops easily accessible. The view is beautiful, the apartment is cozy and well-equipped. Access to the private beach and pontoon is a real plus! We leave delighted, with very beautiful memories.

We had a great time! The accommodation is cozy and we have a beautiful view of the sky (we even saw a bird of prey!) Michael is responsive, always pleasant and ready to answer your questions!! The bed is comfortable and if you are a duo or trio of friends, this accommodation is perfect!!

The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the Rumilly lake and only 10 minutes from Annecy. Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

Marilyn offers a very convenient base to explore Annecy. Within walking distance of the historic town, the location was well connected to local bus routes and there was storage space available should you bring or rent a bike. There was an excellent bakery near the apartment ideally suited for picnic preparation. The apartment was compact but comfortable with a balcony providing a lovely space for breakfast, especially when the weather was as hot during my stay! It had a good selection of utensils for self catering. Marilyn made me feel extremely welcome to stay at her apartment, offering a generous welcome selection of food and drink and was a very conscientious host.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

Excellent stay in Charline's apartment. I recommend without hesitation, everything is very clean, tidy, very well arranged with lots of practical amenities, all in a cozy atmosphere. Very nice view with a very nice terrace. Charline is very nice, accommodating and responsive and knows how to give us good advice for hikes and restaurants nearby. Ideal location to do everything on foot in the village. We will definitely come back!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!
