Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mendrisio District

Good location in a beautiful region. We used it for a stopover in Monaco. Very nice property with great views. The house is very spacious and everything you need for a short vacation is available. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Jannika’s place! It was in the perfect location for our relaxing vacation in Morcote. Her home is next to a row of great restaurants on the lake, the public swimming dock, as well as bus 431 bus stops and a 10 minute bus ride to the train station in Melide. The three bedrooms (plus a bonus loft) were very nice and her home had everything we needed to make homemade meals for most of our stay! The kitchen was perfect for cooking for 6 people and the outside patio area was a nice relaxing spot when we weren’t out swimming or sightseeing. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment, everything you need is available. Parking right outside the door! We got pizzas at the "osteria del teatro" (500m away), these are highly recommended. We slept very well as it was very quiet. Glad to come back!

Beautiful and quiet location. Large garden with wide views and pleasant shade trees. Plenty of space in and around the house for the whole family. Village center within walking distance with fine grotto and small shopping. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent accommodation very well renovated and very functional. The bedrooms are relentless as well as the shower rooms. Kitchen level, it has all the necessary equipment for a family holiday stay. Free public parking available in the village and not far from the accommodation. The attentions of Eleonora and her mom were exquisite. We would definitely recommend this lovely experience.

We had a wonderful time here. We were a group of 7 people, the house big enough. It is equipped with everything we needed. The pool and garden, forecourt and terrace are priceless. The house is 2 minutes from the bus stop We will be happy to come back!

This is a true pearl! If you enjoy the lake, the view, being able to be outside, then this is the place to be. On top of this we were able to use the boat to explore the lake. The house was the cleanest that we have experienced, all kitchen equipment was clean. And we lacked nothing. Thank you Luciano for hosting us and we will be back!

Such a great place. The proximity to the lake is amazing, walking 2 minutes to reach a place to enter the lake for swimming. Fares was a great host. We will be back!

Our vacation started perfectly with the very warm welcome from Sabrina, how we felt welcome right away! :) The apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden and pool are also simply fantastic and ideal for enjoying the tranquility and recharging the batteries. We were even spoiled with homemade cake and fruits from the garden - just perfect🫶🏼

The small apartment is equipped with everything you need, the communication was very friendly, check-in and out went completely smoothly and Cecilia has responded to all questions and requests kindly. We had a wonderful stay. The house was festively decorated and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was quiet.. Veronica was an attentive host and always available if we had any questions.

We had a wonderful week in Meride at Daniella's with our children! Absolutely beautiful setting, full of possibilities in the surroundings, more than charming host! Our stay was better than our expectations!

Great accommodation with private lake access incl. Use of beach loungers with a view of Monte Generoso and a parking space in the underground car park. The train station is a 15-minute walk away, from Monte Generoso or Lugano. For a good selection of restaurants, we recommend going to Porto Ceresio (Italy). Regula was a very warm hostess and her homemade jam literally sweetened our days.

The apartment met all our expectations, the great location to the lake was great, with this proximity to the lake you are always in the lake to cool off with this warmth. The furnishings in the house were also great. We'll be back.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. We had a very good stay at Ana's place The accommodation was spotlessly clean and a 15 minute walk to downtown Lugano

Andrea’s house was just like home away from home. We were greeted graciously by Nuria and Andrea. She explained everything very clearly, ensured fully stocked kitchen with pastas, coffee, and all kitchen items. Place was very spacious with lot of space for 4 members to enjoy and relax. We had an excellent stay. Icing on the cake was a bottle of local wine which was excellent. They even gave tips for getting around and nearby restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will surely come back again. Thanks

We loved Romana and Dietrich's house and the location. The lake and mountain views are fantastic, the house is bright and spacious, with views in all rooms! Plus CDs and a great playlist! And especially a big thank you to Romana and Dietrich for their friendly welcome, their attention, and the time they spent with us. We already want to come back and we highly recommend this wonderful place!

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

We had a very dreamy and very pleasant stay and I hope we can return to this beautiful house again. Everything was clean and available. The view of the lake was truly spectacular and wonderful experience that we may not be able to experience again for years.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!
