Holiday rentals with breakfast in Mendrisio District

we had a fantastic stay at Barbara's beautiful place. We hiked through the rain and arrived in a cozy welcoming place. she treated us with kindness and smile. Also a very lovely village... I would go back again to see it in sun!

Everything worked out very well! Sheila welcomed us very nicely and gave us great tips for places to discover and eat. We were also allowed to use private bicycles. The apartment was very clean, has plenty of space and is right on the lake and in 5 minutes you are in Locarno!

I only stayed one night but I felt right at home. Monica was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy because of the street right outside the window but I was still able to sleep through the night. The breakfast was woth the money as you get a great selection of foods. I will definitely stay here again!

Ideally located for a stopover before Italy. Friendly landlady who greeted us personally on the street. House was not easy to find, as it is in a side street and the numbering is "unconventional"

Paolo and Yoko are the best hosts you could wish for. The beautiful old Ticino house offers everything you need to relax. Breakfast is served in the beautiful garden overlooking the lake and Yoko spoiled us with culinary delights. They were very helpful and there for us with tips and warmth... we will come back! Thank you very much!

Great accessible by public transport, quickly in Bellinzona, but also in nature/hiking trails. Breakfast included and had a lot of things. Rooms very clean. Questions were answered quickly

The very apartment is perfect for two people, in a new modern superstructure. It has everything you could want, with very good amenities. Great grottos and restaurants can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. Views of the Maggia Valley and Centovalli, in the foreground of the golf course. Very quiet and private.

I booked the place for my mom. We found everything perfectly tidy and clean! Very nice house in a quiet area 10 minutes by bus or car from Lugano. My mother had a very good stay. We spent here two nights. The apartment was clean, located in a very nice and quiet area, with a very cozy bed, a well organized kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Daniel was very nice host, which answered to all of my questions in a very short time and always with kindness. Recommended 😊

We stayed there one night on New Year's Eve. The penthouse was beautiful for a few memorable, romantic hours. We felt at home from the beginning. It's what it promises. However, we have found it a pity that we did not have breakfast served for this price in the accommodation and the parking space cost 25. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this penthouse (too top of the Hotel Ibis) and possibly come again.

Simple & stylishly furnished room with a kitchen that has everything you need for a short stay (coffee maker, kettle...). The location is perfect and also super convenient for traveling by public transport. Direct neighborhood to Piazza Grande!

ideal location as a stopover and wish to see Lugano in 2 or 3 days. in about 15 minutes walking you are at Lake Lugano. The property is very clean and the hosts are really welcoming. The property is very big and the room is convenient. it is not in the most modern state but it feels really homey.

Corinna and Bernd are such lovely and friendly hosts! We felt immediately at home in their incredibly beautiful bed & breakfast and had an amazing time (despite two days of very heavy rain). We took their suggestions for hiking trails/local restaurants and fortunately still caught the right time to explore and enjoy the surroundings. It is also not far from Locarno by car, which we visited on one of the rainy days. However, what we enjoyed the most was the peaceful location and Corinna and Bernd's warm reception. We would certainly recommend it to friends & family.

Elisabetta is a wonderful host and cook. We were a birthday party of eight and felt right at home in that beautiful place of hers. All rooms were exceptionally beautiful and tastefully furnished, we were stunned. We truly had an amazing time and thank Elisabetta for having us. We highly recommend making the way to her beautiful home and just enjoy the beauty and quiet. Thank you again!

The place is very nice and decorated to feel good. The warm welcome from host Lilliane was very great. The host couple was also very flexible and helpful. A great place and highly recommended.
