Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mendrisio District

Gute Lage in einer schönen Region. Wir haben es für einen Zwischenstopp nach Monaco genutzt. Sehr schönes Anwesen mit tollem Blick. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Jannika’s place! It was in the perfect location for our relaxing vacation in Morcote. Her home is next to a row of great restaurants on the lake, the public swimming dock, as well as bus 431 bus stops and a 10 minute bus ride to the train station in Melide. The three bedrooms (plus a bonus loft) were very nice and her home had everything we needed to make homemade meals for most of our stay! The kitchen was perfect for cooking for 6 people and the outside patio area was a nice relaxing spot when we weren’t out swimming or sightseeing. Would definitely come back!

Wunderbare Wohnung, alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür! Wir haben uns in der "osteria del teatro" (500m entfernt) Pizzen geholt, diese sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, da es sehr ruhig war. Gerne wieder!

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Grosser Garten mit Weitsicht und amgenehmen Schattenbäumen. Viel Platz im und um das Haus für die ganze Familie. Dorfzentrum in Fussdistanz mit feinem Grotto und kleinem Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent logement très bien rénové et très fonctionnel. Les chambres sont implacables ainsi que les salles d’eau. Niveau cuisine , il y a tout le matériel nécessaire pour un séjour de vacances en famille. Parking public gratuit disponible dans le village et pas loin du logement. Les attentions d’Eleonora et de sa maman ont été exquises. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette belle expérience.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen, das Haus gross genug. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigt haben. Der Pool und der Garten, der Vorplatz und die Terrasse sind unbezahlbar. Das Haus ist 2 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is a true pearl! If you enjoy the lake, the view, being able to be outside, then this is the place to be. On top of this we were able to use the boat to explore the lake. The house was the cleanest that we have experienced, all kitchen equipment was clean. And we lacked nothing. Thank you Luciano for hosting us and we will be back!

Für uns war es der perfekte Ort, um Ferien mit zwei Familien zu machen. Man hat genügend Platz um gemeinsam zu essen oder im Garten rumzutollen - aber dann kann man sich auch wieder zurückziehen und seine Ruhe haben. Alles hat prima geklappt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Unser Urlaub hat mit der sehr herzlichen Begrüssung von Sabrina perfekt gestartet, wie fühlten uns gleich willkommen! :) Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Garten und der Pool sind ebenfalls einfach traumhaft und ideal, um die Ruhe zu geniessen und die Batterien wieder aufzuladen. Wir wurden sogar mit selbstgemachtem Kuchen und Früchten aus dem Garten verwöhnt - einfach nur perfekt🫶🏼

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt. Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich, Check-In und Out liefen völlig problemlos und Cecilia ist auf alle Fragen und Wünsche freundlich eingegangen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Unternehmungen, schöne Restaurants und Supermärkte sind problemlos erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder! Vielen Dank!

Good place and good location. simple, clean.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus war festlich dekoriert und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ruhig.. Veronica war eine aufmerksame Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine merveilleuse à Meride chez Daniella avec nos enfants! Cadre absolument magnifique, plein de possibilités dans les alentours, hôte plus que charmante! Notre séjour était mieux que nos attentes!

Tolle Unterkunft mit privaten Seezugang inkl. Nutzung von Strandliegen mit Blick auf den Monte Generoso und Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der Bahnhof ist 15 min fußläufig entfernt um u.a. auf den Monte Generoso oder nach Lugano zu gelangen. Für eine gute Restaurantauswahl empfehlen wir nach Porto Ceresio (Italien) zu fahren. Regula war eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und ihre selbstgemachte Marmelade hat uns die Tage im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes versüßt.

Die Wohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfühlt, die super Lage zum See war super, bei dieser nähe zum See ist man immer im See zu abkühlen bei dieser Wärme. Auch die Einrichtung im Hause waren Top. Wir kommen wieder.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. We will treasure them forever! Until next time ...

Andrea’s house was just like home away from home. We were greeted graciously by Nuria and Andrea. She explained everything very clearly, ensured fully stocked kitchen with pastas, coffee, and all kitchen items. Place was very spacious with lot of space for 4 members to enjoy and relax. We had an excellent stay. Icing on the cake was a bottle of local wine which was excellent. They even gave tips for getting around and nearby restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will surely come back again. Thanks

Nous avons adoré le logement de Romana et Dietrich et son emplacement. La vue sur le lac et les montagnes est fantastique, la maison est lumineuse et spacieuse, avec une vue dans toutes les pièces ! Avec en plus des CD et une play list superbe ! Et surtout un grand merci à Romana et Dietrich pour leur accueil amical, leur attentions, et le temps qu'ils nous ont consacrés. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir et nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu merveilleux !

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen absolut unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt am See war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch perfekt gelegen – nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Wasser. Morgens auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See zu frühstücken war ein echtes Highlight. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen: bequeme Betten, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und sogar direkter Aufzugzugang zur Wohnung, die den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben. Valerio war sehr herzlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hatte tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder – ein Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!
