Tranquil retreat suitable for one or two couples or family. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Overlooks native garden and walking distance to beach. Heating and cooling includes reverse cycle air conditioner, gas free standing pot belly and ceiling fans in all main rooms. Please note that if there are only 2 guests each of whom requires a bedroom, it will incur an additional cleaning and linen fee for use of the additional bedroom. Yes it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available.
