You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Beautiful apartment 2 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

Walk to the lake in bathing suits in the morning and swim for a little while, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony before spending the day in the beach pool 2 minutes away. Überlingen am Bodensee Apartment in the old town

The 80 sqm three-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600 year old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, the pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away.
