Clean, well-equipped and rather well located apartment with a nice view.

We were lucky enough to visit Lake Constance just in the week where all the trees along the lake were in full bloom. With Meersburg, we had the ideal location and starting point for extensive excursions in the area and to quickly get over by boat to the island of Mainau or Konstanz. And with the apartment a place where you could really feel at home after the evening return. Thanks to the landlady Ms. Rühl, who left us with nothing missing – whose house is quiet but still well connected, and from which one of the most beautiful viewpoints of the place can be reached as a bonus just 100 meters away.

Beautiful, small apartment in Immenstaad with sauna and fully equipped kitchen. The host gives valuable excursion tips about the area. The shore of Lake Constance is only about 100 m away on foot, we were stand-up paddles, that was perfect :)

Florian is a great host, always responded very fast and very helpful. The place is beautiful and in a great location.

Beautiful apartment with amazing lakeside views. Light and airy. Pretty garden. Very stylish but also practical and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa was huge in the sitting room space was great for relaxing. Bed big and comfy and nice linen with a choice of pillows. Great shower. Peppa also provided all the basics plus a surprise bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Easy, pretty 10 min walk through the gardens into town. Also countryside with a pathway within 2 mins walks so giving the dogs a walk in the mornings before we set off to discover the area was so easy. Peppa is so friendly and helpful too - the perfect host.

We had a great time at Stefan‘s unit. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to get into holiday mode as soon as you get there incl basic supplies, 2 well maintained bikes, and kayaks with lifejackets ready to go. It’s about a 300 m walk to a (pebble) beach area that’s about as laid back and private as it gets on the lake. A large woodland area stretches from the doorstep all the way to Meersburg. There is a baker, a well stocked C store, and a fair range of hospitality businesses in the centre of Unteruhldingen about 20 minutes‘ walk away. This meant we hardly felt the need to go anywhere else at all. Particularly recommend Hotel Seehof and the gelateria next to the Minigolf. Even spectacular Birnau church is within reach of a leisurely 6 km walk. Thank you Stefan for all the care that has gone into making us feel right at home at this awesome place.

We had a very nice time. The apartment is very nice and stylishly renovated. The host is very attentive, responded immediately to questions and welcomed us lovingly. Very good instructions for the shutters, the air conditioning and how to get to the accommodation. Very good location for Lake Constance. We felt very comfortable. Thank you

We had a wonderful two week stay here in Uberlingen. Laura and Michael were very communicative and kind enough to offer recommendations in the area. The apartment was spotless, full of light, and quiet in the evenings. It was also a short walk to the closest grocery store, the lakefront, and many beautiful parks. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Johanna's apartment very much. Above all, the great terrace invites you to start the day there and end it there in the evening. In the apartment, everything you need was available (there was even a baby bed, a washing machine and a parasol). Above all, we liked the quiet location and the immediate proximity to the lake. Johanna is a super host. She is very helpful and communication with her was smooth. We will be happy to come back.

Lake Constance is always worth a trip, we often spend very relaxing days there and now for the 2nd time in the beautiful apartment with the great garden. It is very conveniently located for many activities and we would like to come again

Susanne's garden cottage is located in a beautiful large garden with many flower islands and old trees. There are many seating and lounging options. Everything was available in the kitchen, and we found the bed and sofa very comfortable. The bus stop and farm shop are just a few minutes away. Lake Constance is about 10 minutes away. We enjoyed it very much, and will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment Seeliebe and can absolutely recommend it! Everything was very clean, stylishly furnished and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location immediately provides relaxation. We particularly liked the fair prices of the mini-bar - a great addition! Of course, because the whirlpool and the sauna too. The contact was friendly and straightforward. We will definitely come back! Best regards

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

it was great to stay on the real farm!

We used the accommodation for a weekend together with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation. The four of us are a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you spend more time outside than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. We thank you very much for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others
