Stayed for the weekend, a nice quiet neighbourhood with stores at walking distance. Düsseldorf was easy to reach by car. the place was nicely decorated with plenty of cooking utensils. Would definitely recommend ❤️

Kathrin's place is a cute, small basement apartment, consisting of a bedroom/living room combination, a small kitchen and a small bathroom. The sofa bed is very low, so less suitable for people who are physically difficult to get out of bed. But for that it is very cozy and relaxing to sleep, not too soft and not too hard. The decor is stylish and there is (except for shampoo and shower gel) really everything for everyday use, including oil and a few spices for cooking. There was also a small selection of coffee and tea and an insulating jug. That was really amazing. It is important to mention that the accommodation is in the house with Kathrin, which is why it is a little clairaudient. But I didn't hear anything at night:) Check-in was flexible and easy, as was communication with Kathrin. Thank you so much for the nice night at your place, I'd love to come back! :)

We were only there for a short stay this weekend, but the apartment was beautiful! We felt right at home. The rooms and bathrooms were unbranded, Stephany was super friendly and even allowed us to get into the apartment sooner, which we were very grateful for. All in all, we were very happy and satisfied! Thank you very much again!

The location is very good, right on the Rhine river and convenient for transportation and the apartment is very new

We felt at home at Florian & Joel's place. It was very cozy and the quiet neighborhood allowed you to enjoy the great weather on the balcony. 3 min walk is a bakery which was also very convenient for us. We look forward to staying with them again.

Great stay! Communication with host was perfect. Apartment is big and spacious with everything you need and more. Location is good as well, not too far from the center, ~15min by car. Free private parking right in front of the house as well. Would stay again!

+ Melanie is very friendly and responds very quickly, she gives clear instructions, the process is clear + Melanie allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier than actually stated by arrangement + very nicely decorated, homely apartment + Flexible check-in and check-out + Quiet - Check out was on the page as 11:00, but it was finally 10am - The bathtub/jacuzzi has no shower curtain. Standing showering not possible without - Faucet in the sink in the corner - opposite corner hard to clean My "-"points are complaining to a high standard. I would always recommend the place.

So it's worth a trip for everyone! It was pure relaxation for me. Due to the proximity to the city center, you could do a lot but also relax in the whirlpool, so there is really something for everyone. The same with the possibility of the restaurants, you could go out to eat super but also order. We have already recommended it to our friends. The communication with the owner was also great and the check-in was also uncomplicated. Must have done it!

This apartment is the perfect place to escape the stress of everyday life and to relax alone or as a couple. Beautiful places can be seen on foot in the nearby area. We are super satisfied with the stay. We can only recommend it. In addition, Christian and his family are super sweet and open.
