A sparkling clean house, furnished with lots of love and practicality. There are many small details to discover, the terrace and the garden invite you to use them. The environment is amazingly versatile. We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The tips we received were extremely helpful.

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we had no baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was very clean, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and everything is within walking distance and quickly accessible (shopping, train, etc.). Communication with Barbara was warm, accommodating and she was always available. If we are near Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again :)

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

Our hosts were great people. The house was magnificent, it had everything you might need. We stayed for 3 nights and we plan to come again. The neighborhood of the house is great, there is a market nearby, it is a quiet, calm and peaceful place. The house was very clean and everything was thought of.

We were already very kindly advised and informed by Robert in advance. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed. We felt right at home in the apartment. There was everything you need and if something is missing or a question comes up, the host is always available and very helpful. There were even some extras, like a scooter for my daughter and a folding bike for me. Really great. We also found the atmosphere in the house and the surroundings to be extremely pleasant. Very quiet and peaceful. We are very grateful to have made such a stroke of luck. Accommodation and host have my full recommendation. Thank you!

Stefan is a great host. He was always available. The apartment is very nice and quiet with a great terrace. The amenities and ambiance are great. A big advantage due to the connection very good for trips to downtown

The house is great value for money and is spacious, but it is a little unfortunate that it is located in the basement. The kitchen at the entrance is a little wet, the small bedroom is slightly renovated, everything else is pretty good.Tidy house and yard.

Hello to everyone who is reading this. A quiet and very cozy apartment. Everything was clean and very cozy. Communication with the host also went well. One thing, personally, I'm used to sleeping on big beds, and it turned out to be a little small for me, but you quickly get used to it. And also, if you intend to leave early in the morning on weekends by public transport, plan it in advance. Because buses run extremely rarely. In general, I have only positive emotions. Oh, yes, I was also pleased with the presence of a minibar. Which was a great savior in hot weather. I recommend everyone to stay here ☺️

I would definitely recommend this accommodation!! Barbara is a welcoming host, and her little cocoon is clearly worth the visit!

It's a really nice apartment. Check-in was smooth and in person. The apartment owner's brother was very nice. There were cold drinks and sweets. The sofa bed was comfortable and it was clean. The only drawback: the Wi-Fi did not work. Since we only tested this at night, we did not make any further contact. We leave early in the morning. A solution would probably have been found.

The apartment is very modern, clean and has an amazing view which makes it very attractive. Henok is very friendly and organised. He planned all I needed for my stay and everything went very smoothly. It was a business trip for me but hopefully next time I will enjoy the city more. Thank you very much Henok!

Pietra's place is beautiful, cozy and super well located. For those who like to cook, the apartment is perfect! We spent wonderful days in Dusserdorf.

I really enjoyed the days in Kathi & Marcel's accommodation. The check-in could not have been better, as you get completely independent access via a key box and the apartment was perfect, especially for me, who works remotely and needs a lot of daylight as well as a possibility to spread out with a laptop at the table. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need and on top a really good coffee machine. I also very much enjoyed the view and the light at sunset. Great service 👌🏼

Wonderful stay! It was way to find and matched the photos. The bed was comfy and enjoyed the decor, made me feel right at home. Easy to get to any transit options and less than 2 miles from the HBF to catch trains. Would recommend!

It was a very, very nice stay in this accommodation. We were able to relax well and felt comfortable right away. If we had any questions, etc., we could contact them at any time and we were very warmly welcomed. The apartment itself was very clean and exactly as described. There is nothing to improve. We would also come back a second time. It is definitely worth a visit.

Jac is a great hostess who takes care of you and is very careful and communicates very clearly. Her apartment is perfectly furnished for the stay and supplemented with loving details and additional special features. In addition, it is unbeatably well located, from there you can easily get to all districts and the neighboring cities. The residential area is nice and quiet, although you can walk to shops and restaurants and parking was actually easy, so we will look forward to another time.

A small but nice apartment, perfect for a weekend for two! The kitchen was fully equipped, so you can easily cook yourself. The area and the building were quiet. Basically, the apartment offers everything you need and you feel very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable, but unfortunately it creaked a little. But I'm sure we can fix that. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. I would book the apartment again at any time:)
