It was more beautiful than any other accommodation I've been to. It showed how meticulously the owner managed it. I wanted to stay longer, but I couldn't because of the tight schedule, so I'm so sorry. Cats are the cutest in the world. I don't think I'll ever forget the sound of birds singing when I woke up at dawn. It's really the best place to stay. Be sure to request breakfast in the 🌟🌟morning. It's more fantastic than any other dinner!!

We had a good time in la gisamea, the special location, the unique garden and the lovingly furnished house made us very happy. On some fresh days in the spring, the heating and fireplace worked really well. Anne was always available for our questions and Massimo was quickly on site when necessary. Just behind the house you can hike into the adjacent nature reserve, the path to the local mountain, the second highest peak in the area (about 1700 m) is worthwhile. In May, nature was lush and colorful, a huge garden full of plants and animals. The area is one of the richest in water in Sicily. The surrounding villages are picturesque, sometimes quite bustling, excursions there are really recommended. All purchases can be made within 4-8 km, even the tire service in the neighboring village helped us easily and inexpensively without special Italian language skills. For nature lovers, la gisamea is a recommendation.

Hands down one of my best Airbnb experiences. Mario was super communicative from the beginning and checked in on us to make sure the stay was great. The owners, Michele and Anna, were wonderful. It felt like home away from home. They really went out of their way to make sure we felt like we were at home. I would 100% recommend the fish dinner. Anna is an amazing chef! Aside from the perfect stay, be sure to rent a car, scooter, or bike for convenient transportation. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

This was a unique and very special place which really felt like we were up in the trees with amazing views across the vineyards. We stayed with our two small dogs and there was plenty of space for them to wander. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen, although small, had all we needed. The views from the powerful shower were incredible! We used the beautiful pool most days, which is just a short walk from the apartment, and we were also able to use the washing machine, which is in a separate building. There is an electric hot plate outside rather than a BBQ, which made sense given the risk of forest fires in this area. It was perfect for cooking on and we used it frequently during our 7 night stay. Cassis was just a 20 minute walk away, along a narrow path which cut through to a larger road into town. The property felt very private and yet Michel was always on hand with useful advice if needed. Would very much recommend this place.

My wife, brother-in-law, and I had an incredible time in Montepulciano, and Giacomo’s apartment was the perfect place from where we started out daily adventures, took afternoon naps, and then headed out for fantastic dinners. Giacomo’s apartment was excellent, making it easy to get settled after a long day of travel. Giacomo guided us into the temporary parking spot when we got lost for a few minutes, and was quick to assist with any questions we had during our stay. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent, as well as the other activities he suggested. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Montepulciano!

We had a wonderful stay at Luca’s and the view cannot be beat! Luca went above expectations by meeting us at checkin to show us where to park and taking our luggage to and from the unit. Hope to stay here again one day!

This house is an extremely special place. The view from the balcony into the valley was absolutely stunning, the furnishings are lovely and tasteful, and the recommendations that Apo provided were spot on. The tavern in the village fed us fit to burst, and we couldn’t stop talking about how we hope to return again someday. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us ❤️

We had such an exceptional experience here. The charm and beauty of the villa and its surrounding area far and away exceeded our expectations. The space was clean and fully stocked with everything we could think to need in the kitchen. Also so helpful that the house cleaners show up early every morning to tidy everything up! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. It’s clear they take such great pride and care in this property. The location could not be better! totally central walking to all restaurants and little markets. Will be recommending this gem to all of our friends traveling to Mallorca!

Everything was very well thought out and very enjoyable. Mr. Tarık was extremely interested. There is everything you may need at home, in a very beautiful nature. I would definitely recommend it to people who want a private space, Akyakaya is a perfect house 15 minutes away from the crowd of the center for those who have a car. A very sweet dog and cat accompanied us during our stay, thank you very much for everything, we definitely plan to come again.

We had a very quiet holiday with our family, surrounded by nature. The house has a magnificent view, and its architecture is also very beautiful. Ms. İpek was a very helpful and caring host, thank you very much.

This was truly one of the most unique and inspiring stays we’ve experienced. Bianca’s warm hospitality and thoughtful communication made us feel right at home. The farmhouse itself was incredibly comfortable—cozy, well-appointed, and full of charm. And the scenery? Absolutely breathtaking. Every view felt like a painting.

The main thing is Nada' s attention to every communication you sent, she responds the same day. Anything you asks for within reason, you get from Nada. It was a new experience for us in Tuscany but her property is combiniently located within 40 minutes to an hour and 30 from all the Tuscany turistic places.

Amazing stay! It's a magical and wonderful experience! We are far from everything, but so close to the foxes... and we can really see them. It feels like we're living with them. It would be a shame to book and go out to the restaurant in the evening because it is the time of activity of the foxes. We took advantage of it and we have stars in our eyes and hearts that are still sparkling.

A very perfect experience, the decoration in the room can feel the host's care.Each room has its own private garden, where you can enjoy the beauty of the sunrise and sunset in the homestay.Excellent location, close to Siena, convenient to go to Pienza, highly recommended!

Very genuine and nice host. Went there on a national holiday and altough they had guests the host came over several times and gave us local sicilian food. The view was amazing and the cabin was super cozy

We loved relaxing here, this is a beautiful place to stay and chill, the views are stunning and the studio had everything we needed. One thing we did note as we were traveling with a baby there were no dark blinds, this wasn’t a problem but just might be useful to note for people traveling with a little one ☺️

Staying at Caterina and Francesco’s home in Nicosia was one of the most special experiences of our trip to Sicily. The house itself was cozy, welcoming, and full of charm — but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and generosity of their family. One of the absolute highlights was being invited by Caterina’s and Francesco’s wonderful parents to learn how to cook a traditional Sicilian three-course dinner. Not only did they patiently teach us step-by-step, but we also got to share the meal together, creating memories we’ll treasure forever. It was an experience filled with kindness, laughter, and incredible food — truly a taste of real Sicilian hospitality. We felt like part of the family and left with full hearts (and full stomachs!). If you're looking for authentic culture, genuine connection, and a truly local experience, this is the place to be. Thank you, Caterina, Francesco, and family — we can’t wait to come back!

We spent 4 nights at Francesco’s farmhouse and loved every minute. The upstairs apartment is spacious with high ceilings and a great space to relax. There was a basket of toys for the kids to enjoy and Francesco kindly provided some of the amazing wines and olive oil from the farm. The location of the farmhouse is absolutely stunning, with incredible views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The pool is beautiful and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view while the kids loved meeting the dog and cats. The location is perfect and an hours drive to most attractions in Tuscany. We went on a number of day trips during our stay including Florence, Cinque Terre & Pisa, as well as smaller villages like San Miniato & Palaia itself. Francesco is a fantastic host and I’m sure we’ll be back one day!

It’s hard to know where to start with this review. The pictures and listing don’t do justice to the experience you’ll have here and that’s saying something since the pictures are clearly beautiful. It’s an absolute dream to stay in the tower and walk around the abbey in private. It’s truly beautiful, peaceful and takes you back in time. There’s very few places in the world that can offer what you’ll experience here. The cats, dogs and donkeys add an extra loving touch to an unparalleled vacation. Truly will warm my heart for many years thinking about the time spent here

We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s, and Catherine’s apt is our absolute favorite! We loved the spaciousness—the rooms were larger than we expected and the balcony was huge. Bed so comfy, bathroom squeaky clean, kitchen and dining room just right for the two of us, lots of places to sit and relax. We felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. Catherine’s directions were super easy to follow and her recommendations for restaurants outstanding. It was our first time in Menerbes and we fell in love with it. We will definitely be back!
