great place for a family getaway. turtle Creek was beautiful and great hidden swimming gem. we loved that there was like "2 wings" of the home.

This house was perfect for our party of 13! Very spacious and open. The pool and jacuzzi was awesome for the adults and the littles! We loved the location because it was never more than 25-30 min to anywhere ! We definitely plan to come back!

This home is beyond beautiful, the pool and hot tub were at perfect temperatures, the back patio furniture was ideal for our group, the game room was a blast, dinning room and kitchen felt like home and the beds were clouds to sleep on, i have zero complaints about this air bnb, besides not finding and booking sooner.

Our family of 14 had more than enough room to have different activities at one time. Pool was a blessing and family enjoyed evenings swimming and playing. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our family as well. Was close enough to attractions which was also a plus. Thank you for sharing your home this past week.

Our Mother’s day weekend was incredible! Our 1st time in Fredericksburg and Mark gave us suggestions on places to go. Main street and HEB nearby. Relaxing poolside and seeing animals grazing in your backyard was a treat. Beds were very comfortable plenty of linens for guest use. Mark thanks for being a great host by quickly responding to my questions. Your place is amazing, my family and I throughly enjoyed.

great place to stay in Fredericksburg. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to it

Kerinne was a lovely host and the house was as described. It was very spacious and could accomodate a nice large group. We had 6 in our party so it was more than enough space for us. Each room was quaintly decorated and felt very luxurious. We walked back from town one night. We wound our way through the neighborhood to avoid the Main Street which didn’t have sidewalks all the way to the house. It would be a great rental for a family with all the games in the nice new garage space. Our favorite bedroom was the stone walled King! I could have stayed forever!

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The house is beautiful and very well kept. We checked out a cool truck yard about 8 minutes away. The home is conveniently close to alll the places we had to be over the weekend. Our check in and check out process was easy! Ana communicates very well and is very efficient. I highly recommend staying here.

This is the second time (third time across all of Chris’s properties) that my family stayed here. The house is over a century old and is beautifully renovated. Everything is in pristine condition. The rooms are spotless. The kitchen is lovely and big. The backyard is a sweet spot to have coffee or a glass of wine. I love this listing for these reasons and more. Note it is right off the feeder and next to a busy restaurant and bar. That said, the home is will insulated. We never heard any bar noise and felt totally safe the entire time. Bonus is its proximity to the Pearl District and downtown. Thank you Chris for hosting us again!

Yandiry's hone was great! It was close to everything we had planned, but not in the middle of the city. The neighborhood is mature with older homes, but still felt very safe. I would recommend this home to anyone, especially larger groups.

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect from the start. We were welcomed with thoughtful snacks in the movie room, which was such a nice touch. The entire place was spotless, quiet, and beautifully maintained — we truly felt right at home. The amenities were top-notch and made our stay extra comfortable. Would definitely book again! Five stars all the way!

This was a great stay. Definitely felt like a home away from home. My friends and I really enjoyed the pool. The location was great as well. Everything was close when we wanted to grab food or quick store run. Gabriel responded quickly to all of my questions and communicated extremely well. He also gave very clear instructions for check in, check out, and whatever we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this place and the hosts.

Everything was great. We ran into a few hiccups, but the host was a great communicator. The house had a lot of space for my family and I. It was a perfect drive going to Sea World. The drive to the riverwalk was not long at all. Little to no traffic.

Great house with lots of room. We enjoyed the bonus room and all the toys for kids. Our multigenerational family had space to spread out and have our own individual areas. Our favorite part of the stay was the neighborhood peacocks that roamed the area. It was a fun surprise and added to our experience.

The pool was a huge hit, especially with the kids, and the view was absolutely stunning—we loved spending our mornings and evenings taking it all in. This property was stunning! The multiple structures on the property offered privacy, while the grand house and pool gave us an incredible area to congregate and create memories. We loved the pool and the stargazing deck - we saw lots of shooting stars. Hopefully, we will have an opportunity to rent Britney Jo's place again; she was a great host!

The location was convenient and also nice and peaceful. The house itself was clean and charming with great views and plenty of space for a small group. The patio area was nice, but we didn’t use the pool because it needed a bit of cleaning. We enjoyed our stay here.

From the time my family arrived to the house we were satisfied, left easy instructions for everything we needed in the house. Was attentive to us when we needed it. My kids and I made memories on this vacation will definitely be back to use this Airbnb again!

This was a great location for a trip to sea world. It was so close by. 5 minutes and we were there. I appreciated how clean everything was. I slept comfortably feeling everything was clean. I didn't spend much time in the home itself, mainly shower and sleep, but the games and the pacman were a nice addition.

This is an amazing space ! So quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Yet out 5 miles from Anything you could need. Room for the whole family. A beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook anything. Even a flat top outside! The pool is amazing ! Outside sitting area is wonderful ! Sit and watch the stars !The fruit trees and grapes were amazing! The potbelly pigs were our favorite ! So many games and things for the kids to do inside and outside. Too much to list all the fun! TVs in every room to give everyone a chance for down time. The beds and pillows are the best I have had in air bnb ! White linens/ towels so you know they are clean and sanitized !! Plenty of pool towels. Simply everything here and the host KK and Alvinet are wonderful This is a must see place! We will be staying here again !
