Nuestra estado en Medellín fue espectacular desde el apartamento y su vista hermosa a la ciudad. Fue muy fácil moverse en Uber, hay un supermercado cerca para lo básico que necesites. Apartamento comodo y con lo que necesitas. Definitivamente volvería nuevamente. 😊

Beautiful place and great location

Ruben and his wife, Yasmin are friendly and kind. We stayed in #301; there were 1 single and 1 double bed. Walls are thin and we heard neighbor's tv and talking. Wifi for emails was ok but too slow to conduct work meetings. Good hot water pressure; had to sit sideways on the toilet. The mattress in the bedroom sunk in, too soft. This place is 1 block away from main square and noise from cars/dogs are inevitable. Expect barking even past midnight. Note that washer and dryer aren't in the unit. At first, it was confusing about laundry since Ruben said it wasn't included. However, after some conversation, it was provided for free. The only inconvenience is you got to plan accordingly. Terrace with 3 hammocks on 4th floor where you can see the Rock. Tuk tuk to the Rock was 12K COP. Several grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants nearby. They also helped with getting a car to Medellin airport for 150K COP, about the same as Uber. Gooe for a short stay!

Great location and you can walk to anything you need. Safe and secure, cozy and comfortable. Would definitely return!

This place was a great find. The views are breathtaking and it’s quiet and private. Everything was as described. The 24 hour security downstairs is very helpful. I would love to return. Thanks Kata for an excellent stay!

Juan's Place is close to everything. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that you need. I was surprised that Juan provided all that he did. Outside of the normal amenities, he also had toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, etc. Plenty of towels and linen for yiu to access for your yourself right there in the apartment. It is close to everything.

Great horse very responsive. Any issue was resolved and made me feel very happy. Highly recommended stayed in this place many times and always been satisfied.

Everything was as described and looks like the photos. It is really close to a metro station. There is free gym equipment at the park 1 block away where I was able to do pull ups and bench presses. There is everything from a pharmacy, bank, casino and plenty of places to eat, all within walking distance. In my opinion, this is a good studio for 1 person staying for a short amount of time and plans to not be in the room all day. I would stay there again.

This was one of my greatest days in Medine. The service was impeccable and they were super communicative and helped me with any questions. I had 10 out of 10 would stay again.

My daughter and her friends really enjoyed the stay at Jenny's: it was close to everything, was clean and even had 2 bathrooms which allowed them to be more flexible with their time. The host accomodated them also when they needed extra towels. Definitely made their time in Medellin 10 times more enjoyable. Thank you Jenny!

It was a great place with access to everything at your fingertips. A store was literally right down the street and it felt secure and that’s what you want to feel whenever you want to go anywhere.

Don Carlos es un excelente host que está pendiente en lo que uno necesite, el lugar es igual que las fotos con una vista increíble. Este lugar es unos de mis favoritos porque tiene la esencia auténtica de la cultura colombiana . es un barrio común de Colombia ,seguro tranquilo y con vecinos muy amables.

La ubicación del apartamento es estratégica, cerca de una estación del metro, con acceso a transporte público y taxis, a un paso de supermercados, tiendas, farmacias, iglesia, gimnasio etc. Sin duda recomiendo este alojamiento. Gracias Daniel y familia!

Excelente lugar para estar en Medellín, sin el bullicio del Poblado pero a 5 minutos o menos de esta zona. Me encanta que tiene techos altos y varias ventanas, esto ayuda mucho para la epoca de calor

This place is a sanctuary of serenity, very peaceful, exactly what is needed for a comfortable stay. The host is super friendly and helpful, very diligent and kind. The cabin is neat, clean and cozy. it does lack curtains for shade during mornings and particularly for privacy as there’s is another cabin beside it so people on the other cabin can see you if you’re at the kitchen. Overall a great stay for a peaceful retreat.

Pros: - internet was fast and didn't cut out at all - cozy apartment, well decorated, clean and great cooking facilities - excellent, instant communication with the host - located near a good gym, 10 minute walk - Quiet, couldn't hear any noise outside - bed was comfortable stayed here for a month and would definitely stay again

Bibiana es excelente , super eficiente , muy pendiente de mis peticiones y preguntas , tuvimos excelente comunicación . El apto muy confortable , limpio , ordenado , un lugar con mucha luz natural , lleno mis expectativas. Localización es cerca a supermercados , restaurantes, etc. , un vecindario silencio y seguro . El edificio muy limpio , con un excelente mantenimiento en las áreas comunes . Este lugar esta recomendado 100% Regresaría otra vez !! Gracias Bibiana y Nancy por todas sus atenciones , por su amabilidad y lo cordiales que fueron conmigo .

Nos encantamos a nuestro tiempo a la lugar de Federico - estaba muy limpio, tranquillo, y functional. La cama estaba confortable. Federico es una hostia muy bueno y amable. Nos gustaríamos volver pronto. Gracias!
