The house was very spacious and family friendly. The kids loved the pool. Great seating for family to enjoy the evening.

Very close to everything. The cleaning was done daily every morning. The concierge was very attentive with any questions of the area and was always there to help. Restaurants and grocery stores close by.

Amazing stay at this finca! Our family was able to relax, enjoy the property, and eat great food. Nelly and Elkin took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed every day. Their family went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Gustavo was a great host and gave us awesome recommendations for local companies and things to do.

Great place to stay! The house is very nice, very comfortable. It has excellent cuisine if you like to cook. The quietness of the sector is exceptional. The house is very well equipped, has a good grill, fireplace and even a great sound system. The Deck is spectacular for a pleasant time and definitely the best thing is the Jacuzzi, a Jacuzzi with space for everyone… it's huge. Juan, the host not only gave the instructions very clear but sent a guide to direct us to the house so that we had no inconvenience, that was a great detail. The access to the house is the only thing not so nice. If you go in 4X2 you will have to push the vehicle well. Finally we were all able to enter without a problem, it was finally not something meaningful. I highly recommend this place to go with friends or family.

When you see this place with your own eyes it definitely surprises you, especially the views! Pictures cannot capture how perfect this place is. This place was very spacious (more space than we could ever use for a group of 7). The highlight of the space is the lounge room upstairs. It’s a place I’ll definitely recommend to my people when they’re going to Medellin. These are the kind of homes that makes Airbnb unique. No hotel is ever going to match this experience.

Our stay at Propiedades Premium Medellin was amazing! My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay, we almost did not want to leave. The house was so big and spacious for all of us. We stayed at Vanessa’s place for my brother’s bachelor party, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of 10. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The location was ideal—close to bars, restaurants, and nightlife, making it easy to explore Medellín. The amenities were a huge plus the game room, outdoor space, hot tub and the pool was Amazing! Our concierge’s Freddy and Anthony was super responsive and made sure we had a smooth stay. Vanessa helped me set up a private chef to have home cooked Steak dinner and it was fantastic! If you’re planning a bachelor party or a group trip, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

From the moment I got off the plane, France was nothing but helpful, any questions I had she made to answer it in detail. The view that comes with the property is unbelievable and insanely beautiful. A beautiful place, the view is beautiful and all the spaces are very beautiful, the access is down a bit of a rocky track, but it's totally worth it.

Amazing Country House, my family was visiting from Miami and we thoroughly enjoy the Country House. Pedro the Mayordomo and Wendy his wife are great they look after all you specific needs. (Good People) Wendy is quite a chef and can be hired for your stay. We did and enjoyed delicious Colombian cuisine the entire trip. highly recommend!!

The stay was excellent ! The estate is enjoyable, large and the smell of the creek they say is little and does not interfere with the enjoyment. Don Jorge, very friendly and helpful. The plot is very nice and quiet . We'll be back soon ❤️
