Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Medellín River

I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and not far from Santa Fe. Host were nice and helpful if I had any questions . Overall will stay again in the future. Loved the beautiful on the balcony as well

Vanessa’s apartment was just perfect for our stay in Colombia to visit our son and his fiancée. Our plane was repeatedly delayed because of storms and they allowed easy check-in, even from our son. Security at the apartment was unparalleled! We felt so safe there. Uber was easy and quick to respond, even with the short distance to Provenza. The apartment itself was clean and lovely, with gorgeous views of Medellin, with 2 wide balconies, and 2 additional Juliet balconies from the 2 bedrooms. It had everything we needed for our stay-washer/dryer, 3 smart tv’s and plenty of light in the apartment. The outside balcony tub and pool were a plus. Most of all, the communication with my host was rapid and always helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

I have visited Colombia plenty times, the place I normally stay was not available for my dates so I ended up picking this place. Great stay! Best place I’ve stayed out due to location and 24hr security. Nice employees nice host. Just an all around great time. If you’re traveling alone and are looking for a great location that is safe, look no further. Thanks so much I’ll be back in 30 days!

Great space, clean, cool, comfortable! Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and just exploring El Poblado. Ryan was super organized and everything was easy!

Caro’s place is an awesome place to stay ,, Energy building is a very safe place where all the staff is looking up for the well being of their guest,,, is a very chill and relax place to stay , as longest you comply with the rules and common decency of the building you won’t be restricted , really felt like home and definitely will be my first choice for my next visit to Medellin Caro is a great host , very responsive and attentive with any question that you might have about places in Medellin.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed and a fantastic view. Modern building with full amenities: a gym, a pool and 24/7 manned front desk. Walk to shops/restaurants within 5 minutes, to the center of Poblado in 10 min. Friendly host who responds instantaneously and provides useful information. I would return again.

Perfect spot! Cozy apartment, clean and comfortable. Very close to Provenza and other places, restaurants and rooftops. Second time in Medellin and I can say it was better than the first time. The apartment complex has a cafe in the lobby that offers breakfast buffet everyday for a really good price. Very convenient!!

A few blocks away from all the noise and chaos from Provenza. Good apartment. TV worked good. Kitchen and bathroom all good. The balcony faces a street so id bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case. AC worked well.

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.

Beautiful apartment! The photos don’t do it justice, it’s actually bigger than it looks. Very comfortable all around, loved the showers and the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the view from the balcony and bedrooms was awesome.

It's an amazing place, we've enjoyed every corner of the estate. The facilities exceed expectations; the house and common areas are in very good condition, all very tidy and impeccable. It has more than what is necessary and, in addition, it is pet friendly🐶. Gustavo and his wife, the managers, are the kindest and most attentive people. I'd definitely come back. PS: Good place to disconnect and breathe clean air.

House super clean, nice pool and jacuzzi, the view is beautiful and also I have to mention the delicious food! Great place to stay if you looking to stay in the poblado but in a more peaceful area away from the park chaos. Mateo is a great host and his recommendations are amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

this house is located in safe area with constant police presence, especially at night. pictures are exactly what you get. there's street parking right in front of the house. surrounded by many different restaurants opened until around 10pm and then the area gets very quiet. there's an elementary school with sports fields and a playground across the street as well so mornings during the week are a little loud. the hosts are very welcoming, communicative and helpful, offered to help us with transportation from the airport. super family friendly, we would definitely stay here again.

“One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at!” This place in Medellín truly felt like a hidden gem. The backyard was incredible—lush, peaceful, and felt like a piece of paradise right in the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything I needed, and I always felt completely safe. The space was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable.
