Hotel holiday rentals in Medellín River

We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, extremely clean, very stylish, and the attendance of the staff was exceptional. The staff was going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect travel spot!!

Todo fue excelente, la ubicación es ideal, puedes caminar un máximo de 20-30 min a algunos de los principales sitios turísticos de la ciudad, pero si caminar no es lo tuyo, el hotel está muy cerca a la estación Prado de la línea A del metro y con esto podrías llegar a sitios mucho más alejados rápidamente. Una vez que llegas, el registro es muy rápido, el personal es muy a amable y están completamente dispuestos a lo que requieras durante tu estadía. La habitación es súper amplia y está equipada con todo lo que puedes necesitar: Baño privado en la habitación con posibilidad de agua caliente hasta en los lavamanos, TV, ventilador, armarios espaciosos para que guardes tu ropa cómodamente, un escritorio por si necesitas trabajar. Viajé con una amiga y no pasamos particularmente mucho dentro del hotel ya que caminamos muchísimo para conocer la ciudad, pero todos los momentos que estuvimos allí, fueron muy cómodos y nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. un lugar limpio, bien ubicado con personal muy amable. las habitaciones son cómodas y de buen tamaño. lo recomiendo si buscas algo bien ubicado y tranquilo.

Todo excelente, muy lindo, hermosa vista en la azotea. Los cuartos pueden ser un poco calientes ya que no cuentan con aire acondicionado pero depende del clima de Medellin. En general muy buena experiencia.

Buena atención

Fue tal cual lo describió en la publicación, es todo lo que necesitas para una estadía corta además de tener todo muy cerca, inclusive el transporte.

Es un edificio espectacular, el restaurante abajo es muy bueno sobretodo para desayunar y muy lindo , el apartamento impecable, muy cómodo y con mucha iluminación. La ubicación inmejorable en el corazón del poblado, sin duda alguna volvería a este apartamento 100 puntos de 100!!!

Sebastian and his family were some of the nicest people I have met in Colombia. You are truly a guest here. The accommodation is very simple, but for the price it's a good value. It won't work for everyone, But, if you need the social interaction with your hosts, it's a great find.

Valetina's place is truly a 5-star experience! Right when we landed we enjoyed the beautiful view of sunset. Arriving and getting there was extremely easy. Valentina and her Dad were even able to make last-minute accommodations for us. We used the chef she recommended and we felt truly taken care of the whole time. The town Venecia is also beautiful and surprisingly only 10-15 minute walk away from the house. The house was so nice that we decided to spend the majority of our weekend there enjoying the pool, mini-soccer field, and ping pong table. We were a group of 14 and had plenty of space to spread out with lots of hang-out areas. I can see how this place can accommodate 20+ very well. Thank you so much to Valentina and her Dad for sharing this beautiful home with us and letting our group create memories here!

This house is absolutely beautiful. The indoor/outdoor living spaces are so unique. This house is large but not so large where you lose intimacy with your friends and family. The pool is gorgeous and the location is perfect. This house is highly recommended and I will definitely rent this house again.

Great location with excellent amenities will return

Caro estuvo todo el tiempo muy atenta a las solicitudes y preguntas que teníamos. Respondía rápido y tenía en cuenta los requerimientos. El hotel es lindo y está ubicado en una buen zona de la ciudad

María es una anfitriona demasiado amable, fue muy linda con todos nosotros y muy atenta siempre. La finca es igual a las fotos, muy amplia, súper bien cuidada y limpia, además la piscina está espectacular. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue la llegada ya que nos fuimos por una de las dos formas que tiene de llegar y el camino es completamente destapado pero si se van por la otra es súper cómodo. Totalmente encantada con el lugar y definitivamente volvería a ir, cabe añadir que los gatitos y el perrito que se acerca a la finca hicieron el ambiente más bonito y nos gustó mucho tenerlos ahí.

Can't say enough great things about this place, HIGHLY recommend the Presidential Suite if you are traveling with a group in Medellin. The room is beautiful with a massive heated pool and jacuzzi seats, great sound system, large bedrooms, steps from the entrance, access to the rooftop pool, attentive and friendly staff, guests allowed, 24 hour room service, etc. Will be back!

La recepcionista es muy linda y amable, siempre trato de buscar soluciones a todo y nos daba tips, fue buena la estancia gracias a ella

The apartment is a 4th floor walk up at the end of a short dead end street, which is amazingly quiet for being in the center of Envigado.

Es igual que en las fotos, muy tranquilo, muy atentos, excelente lugar para hospedarse.

Nuestra experiencia con Juan Camilo y su pareja fue excelente. Son una pareja de chicos muy jóvenes, muy acogedores, atentos y amables en todo momento conversadores .Al perdernos en el camino al inicio, les enviamos nuestra ubicación y, sin dudarlo, Juan Camilo salió a encontrarnos. Ya luego de regreso llevó con muchísima disposición hasta un punto céntrico desde su finca, facilitándonos la movilidad hacia nuestro destino final. El lugar es maravilloso: impecable, muy bien cuidado y lleno de detalles que reflejan dedicación y calidez. Soscky, su perrito joven, es un verdadero encanto, cariñoso. Todo estuvo en orden, limpio y armonioso. Se nota el compromiso por brindar una buena experiencia realmente . Muy recomendable para quienes valoran la atención genuina, y un ambiente acogedor. Un lugar ideal para descansar, con un ambiente familiar y una vista espectacular. Su cercanía al pueblo de El Peñol lo hace aún más conveniente. Sin duda, me volvería a hospedar allí.

Muy bien ubicado y muy buena atención

Would highly recommend Arvum to those visiting Guatapé! The location is very beautiful, right on a farm where ingredients for the meals at the restaurant are grown. We enjoyed some of the best dishes on our trip here! Juan Felipe and his family were incredibly welcoming and friendly hosts as well. While unfortunately the lake was inaccessible from the hotel due to the current drought, Juan Felipe went above and beyond to get us out on the complimentary kayaks/paddle boards close by. Thank you for a lovely stay!
