We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, extremely clean, very stylish, and the attendance of the staff was exceptional. The staff was going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. I highly recommend this hotel.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's an oasis inside with fabulous space, a dreamy terrace, very clean rooms, delicious food, and incredibly attentive staff. Great value for the money. We hope to stay here again.

Sebastian and his family were some of the nicest people I have met in Colombia. You are truly a guest here. The accommodation is very simple, but for the price it's a good value. It won't work for everyone, But, if you need the social interaction with your hosts, it's a great find.

Valetina's place is truly a 5-star experience! Right when we landed we enjoyed the beautiful view of sunset. Arriving and getting there was extremely easy. Valentina and her Dad were even able to make last-minute accommodations for us. We used the chef she recommended and we felt truly taken care of the whole time. The town Venecia is also beautiful and surprisingly only 10-15 minute walk away from the house. The house was so nice that we decided to spend the majority of our weekend there enjoying the pool, mini-soccer field, and ping pong table. We were a group of 14 and had plenty of space to spread out with lots of hang-out areas. I can see how this place can accommodate 20+ very well. Thank you so much to Valentina and her Dad for sharing this beautiful home with us and letting our group create memories here!

This house is absolutely beautiful. The indoor/outdoor living spaces are so unique. This house is large but not so large where you lose intimacy with your friends and family. The pool is gorgeous and the location is perfect. This house is highly recommended and I will definitely rent this house again.

Caro was very attentive to the requests and questions we had all the time. He was quick to respond and considered the requirements. The hotel is nice and is located in a good area of the city

Maria is a very kind host, she was very nice to all of us and always very attentive. The farm is the same as the photos, very spacious, super well maintained and clean, plus the pool is spectacular. The only drawback we had was the arrival since we went by one of the two ways to get there and the road is completely unpaved but if you go by the other it is super comfortable. Totally delighted with the place and I would definitely go back. It should be added that the kittens and the puppy that come to the farm made the atmosphere more beautiful and we really liked having them there.

Can't say enough great things about this place, HIGHLY recommend the Presidential Suite if you are traveling with a group in Medellin. The room is beautiful with a massive heated pool and jacuzzi seats, great sound system, large bedrooms, steps from the entrance, access to the rooftop pool, attentive and friendly staff, guests allowed, 24 hour room service, etc. Will be back!

The receptionist is very nice and kind, I always try to look for solutions to everything and gave us tips, the stay was good thanks to her

The apartment is a 4th floor walk up at the end of a short dead end street, which is amazingly quiet for being in the center of Envigado.

It's just like the photos, very quiet, very attentive, an excellent place to stay.

Our experience with Juan Camilo and his partner was excellent. They are a couple of very young boys, very welcoming, attentive and friendly at all times conversational . Upon losing us on the way to the beginning, we send them our location and, without hesitation, Juan Camilo went to find us. Then back, he took with a lot of disposition to a central point from his estate, making it easier for us to move towards our final destination. The place is wonderful - spotless, very well kept and full of details that reflect dedication and warmth. Soscky, his young dog, is a real charm, affectionate. Everything was tidy, clean and harmonious. There's a commitment to a really good experience. Highly recommended for those who value genuine attention, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you!

An ideal place to rest, with a family atmosphere and a spectacular view. Its proximity to the town of El Peñol makes it even more convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Very well located and very good service

Would highly recommend Arvum to those visiting Guatapé! The location is very beautiful, right on a farm where ingredients for the meals at the restaurant are grown. We enjoyed some of the best dishes on our trip here! Juan Felipe and his family were incredibly welcoming and friendly hosts as well. While unfortunately the lake was inaccessible from the hotel due to the current drought, Juan Felipe went above and beyond to get us out on the complimentary kayaks/paddle boards close by. Thank you for a lovely stay!
