This Airbnb was ideal for our stay and exceeded expectations. Cleanliness is very important to us and it was very clean! The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities had everything you could possibly need. Excellent sleeping space for a large group. The area was nice and quiet. Thank you, Julie and Bev for your hospitality and attention to our needs. We’ll be back!

This was hands down the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and super comfortable. The backyard was a perfect bonus—great for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. What really stood out was the host's kindness and thoughtfulness. We accidentally left something behind, and she went out of her way to make sure it was safely returned to us while we were still traveling. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to cover it. Highly recommend!

Amazing Airbnb! Very clean and has everything you need. It’s across the street from a nature preserve. Very peaceful place to stay, Highly recommended!

Christine’s place was perfect for our needs. We were in town for the night for a triathlon. It was conveniently located near downtown McHenry which was very charming. Christine was very communicative and shared all needed information as well as recommendations for restaurants, etc. she was easy to work with and was flexible. Her place is VERY clean and comfortable. I wish I wouldn’t had to wake up so early so that I could have enjoyed the comfy bed a bit longer. The backyard is lovely and super relaxing. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. We felt right at home here with our toddler and our dog. Our son especially loved the fun sunglasses on the coffee table. We hope to return and would definitely recommend.

What a beautiful rustic setting. So many wonderful Buddhist / mindfulness reminders to disconnect and slow down. We would love to come back to this getaway location again!

Pictures didn’t do this place justice, clean and very well furnished. Kitchen fully stocked as if they live there full time. High end utensils and kitchenware. Very cozy, well lit during the day, several spots to hang out indoors and outside with lots of entertainment options indoors, lots of room to roam outside and a fire pit . Sandra responds instantly, she’s very far from you so you have privacy but always available to come by if you needed anything. Sandra invited my daughter to help her groom the horse and that made her day. Would visit again for sure, and perhaps in the winter if available. The fireplace beckons. There’s an XL size griddle outside which I was allowed to use. She’s offering you all she has, so treat it with care and respect and clean after yourself so that we can all enjoy her place. We had a great stay! The house was super clean and the host was very communicative and friendly. The house was perfect for us and Perla was so thoughtful with the amenities she set out for my baby! Can’t wait to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Antonio's lovely home. It had all the comforts of home and more. I would most certainly recommend this home to anyone looking for peace and relaxation while on vacation.

We had a great stay overall. From start to finish, Kailash was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. We needed a long-term stay with 2 big dogs, and this house worked great for us. We didn't get to use the pool much because the weather didn't cooperate, but the pool and patio area are gorgeous. The location is great, close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is a trail behind the house (accessible through a gate in the back yard), and it leads to a beautiful and huge forest preserve - beautiful for walks/hikes in the woods! The kitchen was a great space for us, and it had everything we might need for cooking, etc. The house was very comfortable for our family, and we would come again. Thank you, Kailash!

Joan's daughter, Rebekah, communicated directly with me through the Airbnb app. She provided detailed check-in instructions, a phone number to contact her, etc. It seems Rebekah lives in Hawaii so please keep note of that for response times, etc. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well-appointed. Joan and Rebekah have a beautiful collection of original art, artifacts, etc. so please keep that in mind if you are bringing small children to the home. Please note that the 1st floor bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom; and the lower level has 2 twin beds in the open area, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the first bedroom, and 1 full bed and 1 futon in the second bedroom (including a full laundry and utility room in a closed room).

The house was a perfect fit for my family of 8. The amenities were great and Nicolet provided excellent communication.

Debbie was very communicative before and during our stay. The property has plenty of yard room for outdoor activities and we loved that we didn’t feel stacked up against a bunch of other houses. The driveway can accommodate a group of cars and we loved the reclining couch in the basement. I’d highly recommend this property.

Stephen was a great host. The grounds are beautiful! Very peaceful and quiet. The house is nice and cozy. I will definitely stay there again!

We recently moved backed to the Chicagoland area from Texas. We needed a place to stay while our Chicago home was being renovated. Lily’s place was perfect. It had everything we needed for the duration of our extended stay. It was well appointed. Exceptionally clean. It had all the amenities necessary for our family to live comfortably and it was close to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and downtown Chicago. Highly recommend.

This spot really is family friendly. All of the games and toys were organized and ready to be used! The place was soo peaceful and we saw wildlife every day! The hosts were incredibly quick to respond to any and all questions. We would stay here again!

This was our family's first time doing any sort of "camping" (we had a cabin, did not bring a tent, so it was technically "glamping") but it couldn't have been a better time. Sylvia and her team all worked together to make sure everyone had a great time--whether staying in tents, in campers, or in cabins. There were fun activities throughout each day, the community bathrooms were cleaned throughout the day and night, the pool was nice, all the amenities such as the playground/gaga pit, jump pad were photographed and described so we knew just what to pack. There was a phone number you could text if you needed more firewood delivered (even after hours) which was REALLY nice. My kids LOVED the little store most of all...lots of basics like foil/firewood/milk/butter/aspirin to buy at reasonable prices as well as really great collection of well-priced toys and gems the kids loved shopping for. It was easy to say yes! Overall, it was a wonderful time and my kids said they want to go again!

Check in was easy, and everything was as described. Julie’s place met our needs for a place to stay while visiting family. Her place is clean and well supplied. Lots of room which we didn’t use all of it. The fenced in area was nice to be able to let our dogs out.

Diego responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. The townhouse was very cozy, clean, had plenty of space to sleep/relax and made us feel right at home!

Absolutely loved staying at Sylvia's! The camper is very conveniently located within the park - close to all the amenities and activities! Easy to access, beautiful grounds and a very peaceful stay for my family and I.

Wonderful experience. Responsive hosts, charming house, comfortable gathering spaces, well-stocked kitchen, great beds, easy walk to Main St. Hosted a Christmas Eve celebration there with extended family, many coming from out-of-state (and country) as well as from Sun City, and it couldn't have been better. Five stars and happy memories!

Although having only one bath may seem like a downside for a family, you can work with it. The game room with a family and the backyard plus the location and driveway made it all worth it. The kids so loved that game room and wanted to be nowhere else from morning to night, other than running in the yard which is fenced and perfect. The kitchen was great and we could all sit down to a meal. Great local eating. Everything was clean and neat. Just a perfect location where we built wonderful family memories.

What a fantastic place! The pictures do not do any justice this home is beautiful! Beds are very comfortable as well. It was perfect for our stop through town and it was in a very cozy quiet area.
