Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything we planned on doing was within 15/20 minutes. The views at night were amazing! The host was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again!

Great stay! Super clean, spacious, and allergy friendly. :) The whole community felt extremely safe. Instructions were easy to follow; there was some confusion about parking since the site was down, but Sumthin Sumthin was quick to respond and answer for me! Going to be my go to space for Atlanta! Perfect apartment for visiting Atlanta. Spacious apartment close to all the major attraction. Happy with choosing to come to Thomas’s place and I would definitely stay again.

Awesome location close to everything! Jennifer is an awesome host. We were lost and she immediately answered her phone and helped us! This location is steps away from the Beltline, and Ponce City Market. It is a vibrant area that is safe. I highly recommend this location and host!

5 stars. This was the perfect place for my small family. I have no complaints. Close to the Atlanta Braves Stadium and lots of places to eat. Quiet neighborhood too. My only suggestion is the pull out couch is more single than double. But there is an air mattress in the closet. So it worked out well. Definitely will book again the next time we travel to Atlanta!

Aarons place was spotless and I loved the views. The roof top amenities was my absolute favorite! My content was completely beautiful with the city view. The furniture was comfortable and the views from the apartment was so peaceful.

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

I had a wonderful stay at Jordan and Shante’s place! The space was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and they were very responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood was peaceful, and I felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

My stay was ABSOLUTELY the best. The house was clean and very well described. The host was AWESOME. He made us feel right at home, was quick with responses whenever I had an issue or question. He even suggested a few places because we weren’t from there. Best Airbnb that I’ve encountered so far!!!! If I ever go back to Atlanta I will be booking this same Airbnb. Thank you

We stayed here for Thanksgiving! It was spacious and comfortable for my family. I enjoyed my stay. The host was awesome especially with our short notice booking. Best part we was close to the airport. Quiet, slept great, great showers.

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Perfect home for gathering with our young adult children. We all had enough space for separate downtime and family meals together. We all had a great time in Atlanta and hope to go back again soon. Would love to stay at Ashley’s again if it’s available!

Me and my family have a great experience in this place, everything was clean and Lisa was helpful, I really recommend this place but get there early no like me that I arrived at 10:00 pm and my kids just enjoyed just the hot tub, they miss the swimming pool but maybe next time we can enjoy everything. thank you Lisa.

The home is beautiful with close attention to details! The home was clean and the back deck is totally comfortable. This has been a great experience that provided the perfect space for creating lasting family memories!
