House holiday rentals in Mazarrón

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

We have been to Brigitte's house my family and I, it was a great stay. Yolanda the one who takes care of the estate always pending and friendly, very flexible at check-in time, the house is very comfortable. The only thing missing is an air conditioner because it is very hot, but in the listing it did not put air conditioning so we were not tricked, just commented to improve the estate as it is spectacular in everything. Also the beaches and the magnificent village of bonito and it has everything we need for a very good holiday. Thank you very much Brigitte and Yolanda for everything, I recommend it for sure.

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Basic foodstuffs left in the kitchen, very handy when doing your own cooking. Very relaxing and peaceful, lovely secluded garden with pool Local rep. Elaine was very helpful.

The apartment that Alvaro offers is consistent with the listing. The apartment is in perfect condition, the bedding is impeccable! A big thank you to Alvaro for his availability. Apartment to recommend without a doubt!

Our stay was an excellent combination of relaxation and exploring. The house was amazingly comfortable and practical in every way. We have already booked for next year!!

Accommodation to rest and enjoy with two magnificent courtyards that are a great attraction to stay in the house. The house is well located near the beach, it has everything you need to be comfortable, we didn't miss anything (like being at home). The only downside is that the stay was very short... We had a great time! We would definitely do it again! Thank you for everything More, it was a pleasure to stay at your house.

Facilities were perfect

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

We had the best stay at this beautiful villa. The photos do not do the accommodation justice, on arrival we were blown away with how wonderful the place was. Such care is taken and you can tell it’s a well loved family holiday home. This is a large space with plenty of areas for 5 people. We spent our evenings looking out onto the beach and listening to the waves. During the day we walked up the hill to a little cove and enjoyed drinks and food at Oasis Bar and Restaurant. We will 100% be back!

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

During the stay, Jose was attentive and available. I had everything about the house, including some details for breakfast. On arrival he gave us a tour of the house although he also facilitates instructions on paper where he explains everything. It has all the comforts although we do not use most of it. Careful home. A quiet and humble area. To go to the center of Mazarrón it is 5min walk, where there are bars, supermarkets, etc. It has been a pleasure to enjoy your home, without a doubt, if we return and it is available, we will request it again.

A fabulous gem of a villa. Set in a quiet location but so close to beaches and shops for provisions. Plenty of space with beautiful sea views. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic stay! This lovely villa truly felt like a home away from home, and it was a real privilege to stay there. The quiet area made for a very relaxing break, and being so close to the beach was a huge bonus. The pool was lovely, perfect for a refreshing dip, and the ice machine was an absolute lifesaver ! With air conditioning throughout and plenty of space for three families to have their own areas, it was incredibly comfortable for everyone. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa!

This place is fab! we arrived to be greeted by a basket of treats and wine which was lovely. very good size rooms and a very well equipped kitchen. literally a 1 minute walk to a beach that is fantastic, especially for families. spacious beach and the snorkeling is great too. lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. overall I'd give this accommodation 10/10 great job Daniel

The house is in an excellent position, half way between the mountains and the beach. the hiking in the surrounding areas is fantastic and there are beautiful, secluded beaches within easy walking distance. The house itself is a zen retreat where you feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen is small but does the job. will definitely stay again.

We went for a weekend with my friends and I and the house loved it. It had everything you need and is a very nice house, renovated and in the middle of the promenade. It is larger than we expected and for large groups it is a very good option. We liked the detail of having beach towels in addition to the shower towels, a quite equipped kitchen, two refrigerators and 3 bathrooms. It was also a plus for the A/C since we came on very hot days and it was great inside the house. The girls we've talked to book it very friendly and attentive. Highly recommendable :)

The house is very good, just as described in the photos. The host was very friendly at all times from arrival, during the stay and at check-out.

Villa Perlita is a wonderful modern home with everything you need to enjoy your break away. Spotless and organised. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Amazing outdoor space which unfortunately we were unable to use due to rain for the whole of our 7 days stay. Absolutely no negatives about the beautiful villa and have no hesitation in recommending. A home that responded to the expectations created. We usually take homes of similar characteristics and we liked this one and that we came from a negative experience in another house. It has everything you need to make the stay very pleasant. Very recommended the house and the service of the host ( Juani) spectacular. Highly involved. Highly recommended
