Nice place to stay with family. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Frederico was always ready to answer our questions and responded well to some minor issues we had (e.g., the Wi-Fi wasn't working when we arrived due to the wrong password provided, and check-out instructions didn't automatically come at the end of our stay). Excellent place and quiet neighborhood; the "real deal" is the huge backyard where you can relax and watch your children play. The house is comfortable and was completely renovated. Bathrooms are OK, and the living/dining rooms are good for a family of 4-6 people. As a suggestion for future improvements, maybe a modern coffee maker and better bath towels would be good. A blackout curtain for the master bedroom (as they have in the others) would also be great. But nothing to worry about or discredit the house and the host. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay at Carol’s place. The house was just as described. The yard was huge and fenced in which was perfect for traveling with our dogs. The house was comfortable, clean, and in a cute and safe neighborhood. We found it conviently located to downtown too. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 5-10 minute drive or Uber ride, but we also enjoyed walking to a few places. We came to town for a concert that ended up being postponed, but we still had a great time exploring Greenville and relaxing at the comfy home base that Carol provided.

Loved our stay, Carolina was super helpful and accommodating. The house was tastefully decorated, lived up to the beautiful pictures, and provided a homey feeling we loved coming back to after spending the day out. Would love to be welcomed back. Thanks for everything.

The house was perfect for our visit. Glad the TV in the Living Room worked, and was a smart TV. We had visitors come over, and we were very comfortable. Nice kitchen, and table to sit at. I would highly recommend this place for people to stay at.

We enjoyed this quick get away! Carla was VERY responsive and thorough. We loved the proximity to local areas of interest. Highly recommend the hikes at Paris State Park. We especially loved the attention to detail Carla has from welcoming guests via a welcome sign when walking in the door, to fresh baked goodies on the counter. These are things that set Carla's rental apart from other places that are serviced and cleaned by a company. Property is advertised as a "country living" setting and this is a perfect way to explain the property. It is in close proximity to many things but also private and secluded. We especially loved waking up and having coffee on the front porch. It was quite peaceful.

Joe’s place was beautiful. There also was everything we could need. We loved the little touches like shampoo and conditioner. All the toilet paper we could need, even toothpaste if we needed it. This is also a great location so close to downtown. It’s also very kid friendly. We will definitely come back if need to visit Greenville again.

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. really nice people. They live right next door.. they have a couple of apartments here on their property. They actually were life saver for me. I left my laptop power cord at home and they had one for me to use. ... Very nice and accommodating folks.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Fluor Field. Matthew's place was an easy walk to/from the field. It is a cute, vintage apartment and Matthew's description is very accurate. We used the noise machine and didn't have any issue sleeping. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Rita met us at the property and showed us the house, gave us the keys and provided helpful written notes. She stayed in communication with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Great property and great host.

Best stay ever! Lin and Russell were so kind and friendly. She gave us a tour of the apartment before hand. The apartment was stocked with everything you need and more. Dog friendly with a nice backyard for our dogs to use. You really felt like you were home.

My party of 4 had a fantastic stay at LAnd M Rental Solutions. The Rustic apartment was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. The spotless and spacious living quarters enhanced our local weekend getaway, providing us with a sense of safety and reassurance. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone needing an affordable place to enjoy a nice trip to downtown Greenville, SC.

Very nice, large & clean remodeled basement. Comfortable bed, large special bathroom, very nice kitchen & dining room , plus a living room & a laundry. We’ve stayed here before & will stay there again. The little extras make it all worth while. Very good & delicious snacks & chocolates, plus coffee pods & cold drinks in the refrigerator. We had the pleasure of staying at Melodie’s apartment while in town for a wedding. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our girls loved having their own bunk beds and the King Bed was very comfortable. Everything we wanted or needed was provided. Melodie was so gracious and very responsive. I only wish we had more time to spend at the place enjoying how beautiful and peaceful it all is. This couldn’t be located in a better area. Loved waking up to seeing the mountains and rolling hills. What a wonderful trip and we’ll be back!

This was our first time in Greenville. So happy we picked Chris’s place. It was clean, large and right in the action of downtown. Woke up to a farmers market on the street below. Everything was walkable. It was easy to get in and out of the building and it felt very secure. We parked our car (for free) and didn’t get back in it till we left. We will definitely return and stay here.

We were very pleased with our stay. I was very close to were we needed to be. The townhome was very clean. We had an issue with the toilet which was fixed very quickly. Check in and check out was very easy. Jenny was very quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will keep her in mind the next time we are in the area.

Carie is an incredibly gracious and friendly host- Responsive to questions and said help yourself to anything! Immediately upon walking in I felt right at home- everything was spotless and cozy. Cannot recommend this stay enough!

Olivia’s rental is perfect in every way! Clean, spacious, walkable to everything….we couldn’t ask for more. In addition, Olivia is very detailed in how to enter and exit, where to park, what is expected from tenants, things to do in the area and, most importantly, she is super prompt in responding to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay with Jason at the Beehive and we loved it just as much this time. It's the location for us. The entirety of downtown is available by foot. We haven't had a car both times and never had to look for something to do. The access to Reedy River Park and the Swamp Rabbit trail makes this a wonderful stay for us.

Great value for cost. Property is secure and comfortable. The room was cool and comfortable and had excellent humidity control. Despite location in a busier part of town, the room was very quiet. Check-in was flexible and the host was very responsive. For solo travelers looking for a quiet spot in a convenient location for getting around Greenville, this is a great option.

This was a comfortable and quaint place right in the heart of Greenville. We could walk to the farmer's market, shops and various restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Greenville. Renee is an awesome hostess!
