Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Cozy tiny house with a patio

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knights' Games? You'll be there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10Miunten away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

You live in a quiet location and can enjoy the comforts of country life, but you don't have to do without comfort. From us you can reach many sights such as Füssen with its royal castles, the Wieskirche or Munich within just one hour. But there is also a lot to discover locally, such as the Crescentia monastery in Kaufbeuren. There are also plenty of cycle paths and hiking trails on foot, as well as the Creszentia pilgrimage route.
