Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Matulji

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We loved this apartment!! We were only here 1 night and it was raining so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful patio at the house. We sat outside under a covered area for an hour but it would have been incredible on a beautiful day! The house is exactly as pictured and described. My daughter absolutely loved this house due to all of the pink and purple accents. Due to some road closures, we got turned around a little bit. Ingo was very responsive and quickly helped us find our way. She was waiting outside to greet us when we arrived. She had lots of amenities. Dish soap, dishwasher, tabs, laundry, detergent, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towel, towels, extra blankets… she even left a bunch of Easter eggs for my three children!! It is outside of the city center, but it was an excellent value. Two adults and three children slept comfortably. Thank you Inga!

Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus von Nejc. Es ist einfach eine Wohlfühloase! Ein tolles Haus, das mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Es ist alles da was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der idyllische Garten hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue erfreut und auch unser Hund liebt es dort. Um an die Küste zu kommen muss man 20 Minuten mit dem Auto einplanen, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Nejc ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist und trotzdem absolut die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste bewahrt. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen! Danke Nejc!!!💖

Wir hatten drei wunderbare Tage in dieser herrlich ruhigen Unterkunft. Suzana ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin – jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir am Abreisetag noch bis zum Abend bleiben durften, da keine neuen Gäste kamen – das war sehr entspannt! Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und morgens haben wir uns frische Croissants vom Bäcker in der Nähe geholt – einfach perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank, Suzana – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

De omgeving was prachtig maar rustig. Vanuit het appartement konden we makkelijk naar het eiland of het nabij gelegen dorp crikvincia. Je hebt hier wel een auto voor nodig. Het appartement was erg groot en super schoon. Er waren genoeg handdoeken aanwezig voor ons allemaal. De bedden waren super. We hebben lekker geslapen. Airco was ook top. En zeker geen overbodige luxe in de zomer. Het was erg heet. We zijn vaak naar het nabij gelegen baaitje geweest voor verkoeling. We hebben genoten van de buiten keukens en de tuin en het mini zwembad waar altijd gratis apperatief aanwezig was. Dat was erg verassend en lekker. We hebben op en top genoten. We komen graag terug ❤️

Appartamento arredato stupendamente, moderno con tutto l’occorrente anche per una lunga vacanza. Anche se io non ho trovato il phon. Macchina del caffè, zucchero e succo di frutta! Tutto quello che mi serviva per una notte. Peccato non esserci stata più tempo!

Wir haben etwas über zwei Wochen in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist echt top ausgestattet und war für uns als Familie ideal. Isak und seine Schwiegereltern waren jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen und hatten einen rundum perfekten Urlaub! Vielen vielen Dank!

Nuit sympathique dans un quartier très calme. Seul bémol: les chiens n’ont pas le droit d’aller dans le jardin, et le quartier n’est pas idéal pour les promener. Il y a de nombreuses maison qui ont un chien et on ne peut pas passer sans réveiller tout le monde …

Wir haben unsere fünf Nächte in einer der Holzhütten verbracht und konnten dort zusammen mit unserer Hündin die Zweisamkeit, Natur und Ruhe genießen. Die Outdoor-Küche hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben, um uns über den Zeitraum zu versorgen. Miki stand uns zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung und war sehr hilfsbereit (Feuerholz holen, Rundgangempfehlungen, etc.) Ihre gastfreundliche Art zeigten Miki und seine Partnerin vor allem auch dadurch, dass sie heimischen Apfelsaft aus dem Nachbarort für uns mitgebracht haben. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt um abzuschalten und sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Ich war 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und habe mich direkt sehr willkommen gefühlt! Der Gastgeber ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, alles ist genau wie auf den Bildern und in den Infos angegeben. Sehr ruhige Gegend und für Naturliebhaber optimal geeignet! Ich kann auch sehr empfehlen, eine Tour auf dem Boot des Gastgebers auf dem nahegelegenen See zu machen. Rundum eine super Erfahrung, vielen Dank!

Rien à rajouter sur le chalet d'Emil, très beau, bien pensé, chaleureux. C'est une habitation autonome en énergie ce qui signifie qu'il faut être vigilant à sa consommation et anticiper. Mais les instructions d'Emil sont très claires et c'est très intéressant. Quant à l'environnement, cette forêt de hêtres et de sapins est magnifique. Nous regrettons de n'y être resté que 3 nuits ! Si vous y allez et que vous aimez la forêt, restez-y plus longtemps. Hvala lepa Emil !

Io e il mio compagno siamo stati ospiti di Miki per sole 2 notti ma con grande rimpianto perché il posto valeva una sosta più lunga. Se avete voglia di un vero tuffo nella natura e nella tranquillità di un posto remoto ma senza rinunciare alle comodità degli alloggi e dei servizi (tutto molto nuovo e ben funzionale) allora è il posto che fa per voi! Ringraziamo il nostro host Miki e sua figlia per la cura dei dettagli, l’ospitalità deliziosa che ci hanno offerto, torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati accolti da Bruno e dai suoi familiari che ci hanno mostrato tutti i dettagli della loro bellissima baita in perfetto italiano e con la massima gentilezza. La baita, pulitissima e perfettamente accessoriata, è immersa in un fitto bosco di faggi con altre casette intorno che fanno compagnia. A due passi c’è il rifugio Sviščaki che funziona da trattoria e da bar con vicino un parco giochi per i bambini. Lì vicino iniziano alcuni sentieri di montagna immersi nel bosco, quasi tutti di facile accesso. Insomma noi eravamo in quattro più una bambina di due anni e abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza in tranquillità in mezzo alla natura. Grazie Bruno.
