Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

A truly beautiful property, with great attention to detail, in a beautiful blooming garden, a well-kept pool, a stone's throw away from a beautiful secluded beach. The various terraces left nothing to be desired, the outdoor grill is fantastic, the surrounding nature (we met deer, sheep, a turtle and wild boars) a dream. We woke up to the oriole's song and were greeted in the morning by butterflies. Hiking, cycling, swimming, chilling... it's 30 minutes to the city (and thus to the nearest supermarket). Thank you, dear Maja, for the nice welcome gift - and for sending me my forgotten e-book! We will definitely come back to your paradise.

Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

The accommodation was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, and would gladly come again.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

A wonderful villa that exceeded our expectations! The property was clean and beautifully designed, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The host and housekeeper were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. However, the villa is a bit far from the ocean, so walking isn't ideal - a taxi or car is necessary to reach the beach but it's a small trade-off & completely fine with the price you pay for it. We would definitely recommend it:)

We very much enjoyed staying at Marko's place. The place is extremely well kept and very friendly and responsive agent and host. We will certainly return in future.

Beautiful apartment with garden in the countryside. Recommendation.

Ines' accommodation is a bit difficult to find, but the hostess makes up for it with her good accessibility and instructions. We were looking for a quiet, private accommodation where we could unwind - and that's exactly what we got. The house is very tastefully decorated and remains pleasantly cool in the summer. There was WiFi, but I actually enjoyed not having reception. It was a wonderfully relaxing holiday. I have already recommended the accommodation. 10/10!

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

The house reflects what is advertised, has all the comforts Mirella is a wonderful person and always available to provide advice (both for restaurants and for the sea). The husband is always a smiling person, congratulations. Swimming in the pool at midnight is unparalleled. There are 3 well-stocked supermarkets nearby. Recommended to everyone , we hope to go back, we had a wonderful time. But those of us who will miss so much will be little Kitty (or Ketty), a beautiful, beautiful and very affectionate Kitty. Thank you for everything.

We had a lovely week with my family. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. A beautiful home with a location and amenities that you won't regret!

Our second stay here and once again we loved it! Well equipped and everything you need. Great friendly hosts. Beautiful location with plenty within a short drive. Would happily return again.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We spent a week here with a 2+1 child. Mr. Rolih is very accommodating, he let us into the home before it was announced. They responded to SMS immediately. Czech-English-German-Croatian. The apartment is very nice, newly renovated and fully equipped. My husband slept on a sofa bed, but he wasn't complaining. The wifi is working perfectly, so there was no problem with the home office. The location of the house is right on the road, so you must carefully exit the parking lot and the absence of sidewalks makes walking around the area impossible. Everything is still important, so it's a good idea to go. It is about 10 minutes or more to the sea, according to the chosen beach. Supermarket Plodine about 4 minutes. What we loved the most was the patio with the pool and the magnificent sea views. So far, we've enjoyed it ourselves, but after the renovation of the adjacent apartment, it will be shared with other guests. When you enter the pool, you leave the house and walk through the stairs two floors up, i.e. the keys to the house and take everything with you every time.

Great House for larger Groups. We spent a week with a group of ten and it was perfect for that! The house was perfectly equipped and very clean. The only thing that was not perfect, was a neighboured construction site which was sometimes noisy during weekdays, but since this is only temporarily i would highly suggest a stay in this house! Shopping options around the corner, beaches and the coast is easy available with car or a 30 min walk. The host was super easy to communicate with and answered always very fast and constructive. Would recommend!

We had an excellent extended weekend in the accommodation from start to finish. The house was super clean, cozy and optimally equipped. It really was ALL there. The location was super central and quiet at the same time. It is a dreamlike backdrop. The hosts were very, very friendly and helpful. Very likeable couple! We can only highly recommend the accommodation! 5/5 stars

Mladen is a very helpful and caring guest. When we needed him, he was courteous and prompt in finding the solution to the problem. The house is very spacious and welcoming, equipped with all kinds of basic necessities. The welcome gift consisting of panettone and sparkling wine was very much appreciated. If we have a chance, we'll definitely come back

Really nice house in a vers nice area. Perfect for groups

This is a hidden gem! The apartment is large enough for friends and family. It has spectacular views of the water and a large patio area for enjoying the outdoors. It is comfortable and convenient. The communication with the host is flawless and extremely helpful.
