Our stay here was awesome! The house was perfect; very clean and had everything we needed! The pool and hot tub really added to our stay! We were also able to walk to the beach. Jennifer was very nice and very quick to respond! I definitely recommend staying here and will do so in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! It was exactly as described in the listing—immaculate, relaxing, and truly inviting. The attention to detail in the design and decor made it a joy to spend time there. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making the space both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Mona was an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She even sent us a heads-up (and picture) about an alligator who was in the area to make sure our fur-babies were safe. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which we greatly appreciated. If you're looking for a stunning property with a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!

We spent a great two months in this newly renovated home. It has everything you need from kitchen utensils, towels, bedding, comfortable furniture, washer/dryer, and large screen smart tv. It is very close to the beaches of Ft. Myers and Sanibel. Perfect for a relaxing SW Florida vacation!

The place was very clean, and everything that required was provided. It was in a park setting, which suited us just fine.

We had two families and we both enjoyed our stay! The house was very accommodating for both our families with kids. We all enjoyed the salt water pool and patio. The information binder provided gave clear instructions for our stay and provided many recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. Stu and Cathy were very helpful and even personally check on us during our stay!

Very nice 1 bedroom house in a quiet residential neighborhood. House was well equipped and having a large screen porch was a bonus. Tina responded very quickly to messages and check in was easy with directions and keypad lock.

Nice space to stay for a get away, or if you are out of town working.

RedAwning was the perfect accommodation for our 3-day fishing trip. We docked the boat directly behind the house, which was equipped with a fish-cleaning station and comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts were friendly and responsive, even offering to replace the coffee maker we were having some trouble with. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped (including complimentary wine and water bottles!). It would have been nice to have a second bathroom, but otherwise it was perfect!

Ernest was great! He was super responsive when we were trying to get the heat to work and was very proactive. He had renovated the place nicely after the area had experienced hurricane damage. The town is still in recovery but the neighbors were friendly when we were walking around. I will note that the current pictures (as of Jan 2025) are not up to date due to the renovations post hurricanes but all of the appliances/repairs are new and clean. and should not pose an issue on booking/staying at this house (i.e. the tiles in the bathroom are now white). We would stay here again!!

This place was a hidden gem! We lucked into it being available last-minute for a three-night stay and couldn’t have been any happier with it. The place was clean, welcoming, and nicely decorated. The kitchen had new appliances, and enough cooking equipment to easily make multiple meals a day. Bathroom was spacious and clean, with a really nice shower. The lot is remarkably quiet and private given its proximity to several main highways. Plenty of restaurants, bars, stores, and more nearby. There’s even a park a just a few-minute walk from the property.

This was a great place and highly recommend it. It's very peaceful. It's very close to things to do. 👍🏼

Michele’s place was the perfect place for my husband and myself. The house was very clean and comfortable. We brought our boat and rented Michele’s golf cart. Michele’s instructions for docking our boat and using the cart was helpful and precise. Michele was very flexible and gracious when we asked to arrive a day earlier. We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again and recommend her place to others.

The host worked with us on our situation and was very accommodating.

This was our first time staying in a rental. The experience was amazing and easy. I will definitely stay in this home during our next visit to the Island.

We will definitely be back. Loved that we could walk to the beach and to all the great bar n restaurants near by. Appreciated the cart with the beach chairs, umbrellas, onsite laundry, and the grill. The place is so cute and held our family comfortably. Thank you again Lisa!!!

Holly's home is wonderful. It's clean and well-kept. Siesta is a quiet, comfortable park in a great location. Only minutes to restaurants, stores and the beach. Holly is very attentive and will respond to any communication quickly.

This is a beautiful home. Well appointed and well maintained. Everything was spotless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! The host thought of almost everything. Kayaks, bicycles, pool towels, etc. My only recommendations for improvement would be facial tissues and fans for sleeping. That’s it! That’s all I could think of.

Our stay at Shore Bird was great! The only negatives we expierenced during our stay really are a result of the recovery efforts from hurricane Ian. We were informed that on going construction on the property was a possibility, but the roofers waking us up at 7:30 Saturday morning was an unwelcome suprise. The renovated guest house on the property is beautifully done. However, this really is perfect for 2 people. We had 4 guests and were tight. It really can't sleep 5. The pool and pool deck was perfect and felt great during our hot week. The beach itself is in great shape and the water quality is better then ever! It was a nice touch to have access to T'ween Waters amenities. All in all it was a great stay and we would definetly book again!

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.

The place was great! Perfect size for 3 or 4 people. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella) were SOOO handy! It was just a short walk over to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook if desired. Since the hurricane, there was a limited amount of restaurants open. We didn’t mind this since we cooked but just a heads up!
