Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

The neighbors are very strict about noise and large groups of people. A very clean place with most of the amenities. Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home with Newer Oversized Salt Water Pool with Electric Heater, Large Lanai area with plenty of room for entertaining. There is not dishwasher machine and no garbage disposal.
