Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Matlacha

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. Thank you for a wonderful weekend, and we hope to return soon.

Rhi’s home was spectacular! Very clean and comfortable with an amazing back yard area and pool. Beautiful tiki hut and dock on the canal. Definitely a must stay. We will be back.

Our stay at Canal & Sunset Views was FIRST RATE all the way! The hosts responded clearly and quickly and even implemented safety grab bars and a shower transfer chair for our adult wheelchair bound son's 50th Birthday Vacation. They responded to our many inquiries and requests and made the entire stay PHENOMENAL! We loved having so much space to play games, watch movies, cook meals and we really enjoyed the large efficient kitchen & pantry areas. The screened lanai area was huge with lovely peaceful views of the canal and sunsets making the BnB aptly named. Having a large new grill is another great plus. The entire home was newly and beautifully furnished; the space is cozy, the beds are comfortable and best of all everything was IMMACULTELY CLEAN! Having a washer & dryer with all the soaps provided was very convenient and the huge master suite with double shower & closet it's own entrance to the lanai was PERFECT! Can't wait to stay there again!!

Beautiful does not even begin to describe this place. The house was very clean and very cozy. We loved having access to the swimming pool. That was the kids favorite part. Will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Florida. Thank you for always being responsive and for the use of your beautiful home.

Love this house/location. Perfect to dock the boat all week. The canal is set in an ideal spot for travel to the flats and beyond to the Gulf and also lots of beaches filled with wildlife and seashells! Great trout fishing- super convenient. Our kids enjoyed their own little space and a plus was definitely not having to travel with our Firestick because Katie has everything set up for streaming. Also, not having to come home to a bunch of laundry was significant for us! She provided all of the necessities for our week long stay (TP, dish detergent/etc). It’s a great place to enjoy a lot of family bonding time, as we brought most of our meals to cook. Winn Dixie is right down the street, too! Thanks! Until next year!..

I cannot say enough about how responsive Wendy is. We had a few hiccups with our stay that had to do with a leak that occurred with the AC. Unfortunately, I had to call Wendy at almost 11 PM on our day of arrival and she picked up immediately! She worked to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and stayed in communication with me the entire time. We visit this area often and I will definitely reach back out to Wendy for another stay :)

This was by far one of our favorite Airbnb’s. It was perfect for us (and our two dogs). And just as beautiful as the pictures! The Airbnb is very clean and organized. Everything we needed was provided. There were clear instructions written out, but if we had any questions, Loree responded quickly. We mostly hung out at the Airbnb, but walked into town, which was less than a 10 minute walk. We met Loree, who is one of the nicest people we have met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay throughout our entire stay. Looking forward to going back and renting her Airbnb too!

It was a super easy check-in. I loved the property; it was clean and updated. The pool is the best part. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.

It was a awesome place for a vacation. The house was spotless and the patio area is amazing. Everything was 100% about this place. We had zero complaints and would recommend this place any day. It is in a really nice neighborhood.

This is a lovely home, and the baby gate around the pool was SO appreciated! Every home should have this, but they don't, so I was so happy to find this place! Everything about this home was nice - it was clean, host was friendly and responsive, and the amenities were as listed.

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Betsy’s place was very cute and welcoming! The backyard was perfect and very relaxing. Betsy was very responsible and flexible. Only feedback for future guests is to note that she does provide with a small starter pack of supplies (one paper towel, one extra garbage bag and no dish soap), so keep in mind you will need to bring your own supplies if you’re having a large group staying at the house. Otherwise, it’s a lovely space and a very quaint neighborhood! Highly recommend!

Sadie was wonderful! The details weren't exactly clear that the garage being rented out as a separate airbnb so having my child with me that was concerning but Sadie did a great job working with us and made us feel right at home. Her place was the best and cleanest we've ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt very at home. The house was exactly as described in the listing, but honestly went above our expectations. It was decorated beautifully and felt homey. There were board games and pool floats available for use, which was very kind. The library room (with an excellent selection of books) also had a full-size massage chair, which was amazing. The pool and spa might have been our favorite part. We loved that it was clean and the perfect temp for our use. Maria, our host, was quick to respond when I messaged her. Truly, this little weekend getaway went better than we hoped for, and we are grateful. We are hoping to make this a yearly girls getaway, and also hope to be able to stay here again. The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how easy it was to access our boat; the location made everything so convenient, from docking to getting out on the water quickly. The host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

They only thing I can say about Mike and Melissa ‘s place is that you will get everything you need right at their house !!! When we arrived we felt right at home , at with 2 kids and a baby , it is not something easy to achieve! If you are thinking about going to Cape Coral/Fort Myer …this is the place you want to book for your family!!! Thank you for everything.

Theresa was very wonderful and replied very quickly to all my questions. The home was extremely beautiful and spacious. Waking in the mornings to the wonderful water was like being in nature. The time there aloud me to focus on me and the things I wanted to do. Thank you Theresa for everything.
