Holiday rentals with a kayak in Mata de São João

Wonderful hosting. The house has many bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool is always clean and delightful. The size of the pool is great. The kitchen and other appliances are very complete. We hired a cook recommended by the host who helped us. The house is not by the sea, it has a very small and quiet path that in my opinion did not harm the tour. There is a water and electricity fee that was a little higher than I imagined. Remember that when you're getting organized. We'd come back, no problem.

The house has an excellent location and promotes an excellent sense of well-being through direct contact with nature. A very pleasant environment, Casa has all the necessary utensils for everyday life and the pool with blue led at night is a spectacle apart. Thank you Rodrigo for trust. Your space is so cool!

The house is very comfortable and cozy, with all the necessary structure (furniture, utensils, bed linens, etc.). Everything is very organized and clean. The outdoor area is very pleasant and with a simply stunning surroundings!!! Fantastic view!!! You have access to the lagoon with a beach!!! My wife and I love it!!! It's a great place to rest up and recharge. In addition, the hosts (Joice and Alison) were excellent, very considerate and flexible. In the end, we super recommend this beautiful place of refuge!!! And until the next stay!!!

The house perfectly met our demand. Large, spacious, comfortable furniture, nicely decorated. Both the housekeeper and the owner were always available for help and guidance. We had a health issue with a family member and Mr. Avaí and his wife who are doctors were very considerate and helped us a lot by phone. The house is well equipped , and everything you need in the kitchen. We even set up a birthday table with party utensils in the pantry. Amazing house, our stay was wonderful. I would like to leave two comments only. 1 - in the attached bathrooms, sometimes there was a strong smell of the drain, type of sewage , but it didn't get in the way as much 2 - The photos of the house on Airbnb can be better , showing the rooms and the entire interior. No doubt the house is better than in the photos. It was a wonderful stay. The sea has to be careful. it is very busy and the beach is deserted

Since the beginning everything was quiet and very transparent, the house is as described and very cool, air conditioning working well and the place is quite pleasant and safe!!! The only suggestion is to install a barbecue to better serve guests because it has a laptop and I believe it can improve, in most everything as it should be. I RECOMMEND.

Staying in this house was just perfect! Amazing days in a place that flawlessly combines comfort, elegance and functionality. The house is very well located, in a condominium condominium near the beach, which makes it easier to enjoy the day to the fullest. The gourmet area is a separate spectacle: well-equipped, wide and ideal for moments of relaxation and good meals. The swimming pool, with a design that refers to a beach is extremely comfortable and provides pleasant moments. And I can't help but highlight the hosts, Maria do Carmo and her husband who receive with elegance and hospitality. Always available and attentive, made our experience even more special. Casa very beautiful and offers in a accommodation different environments: living room/balcony; swimming pool with barbecue and shower; lawn with hammocks for rest; and beach with deck. All rooms overlook the lagoon and Atlantic forest and are very ventilated. The lagoon is an incredible attraction of the site, with calm and warm water at any time of the day or night! All rooms are spacious suites with new air conditioners and comfortable beds. The kitchen is large and has almost all equipment for a comfortable stay. The house has 2 large parking spaces and is very close to Terroir do Axé, an excellent restaurant. In our opinion points need improvement: 1) Need for a water filter in the kitchen. 2) In the land next to the house there are 3 very close chalets, which harms privacy. We recommend the owner to improve the plant fence/wall that divides the two properties. In short, we love hosting and intend to return!

The house is nice, spacious and well equipped, corresponds well to the photos and has a very beautiful lawn with a view of the sea. Isaac very kind from the beginning, he answered us and always responded very well. As suggestions, provide a first kit of cleaning products, etc., because already on arrival we need to go out to buy (we were without a car and it was a nuisance - and in the laundry there were a lot of products covered by a cloth), and also to guide the man to be more proactive, such as offering or at least helping to take some of the many coconuts available from the lawn coconut trees, etc.
