Holiday rentals with beach access in Mata de São João

The location is excellent, and the apartment is well furnished with a full kitchen with everything you need. The condominium is also very good, with a swimming pool and organized, covered and secure parking. Only the check-in was a little late because our name was not at the entrance and we had to wait about 2 hours after the check-in time provided on the Airbnb platform to enter, as the apartment was not ready, we were waiting for cleaning, but overall it was an excellent experience.

Voltaria thousand times!!! I felt at home and my whole family loved it. Simply faithful to everything in the listing! The property is located in the heart of Praia do Forte, close to everything (we do not take the car to nd). Family and safe environment. The apt is all equipped and was extremely clean and tidy. Dona Lúcia is super attentive, she left us pampering and easy instructions. You can leave without fear!

I stayed with my husband and my 2 daughters, 10 and 4 years old. The apartment was perfect for us. Very comfortable, spacious, and bright. We loved having breakfast on the balcony with that view and the silence. We liked the complex a lot, it had its own pool and the beach had 2 very comfortable entrances. In one of them, they offer you sun loungers and chairs at no cost for those who stay in the condominium. There is also a restaurant that offers à la carte beach service. The resort's beach is divine!! There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away, at the entrance to Praia do Forte. Debora is very attentive. Thank you

Second time I'm going with my family. The house is as you see in the photos. All very clean and very well equipped. The place is super quiet and beautiful. Maria Luiza's apartment, besides being very well equipped and clean, is in the best spot, in my opinion, of Praia do Forte. Close to absolutely EVERYTHING, easy to find and above all a great spot for those who want to do everything on foot. The condominium is very clean, attentive staff and very safe. The pool is delightful and is right in front of the beach, you can go down from the outside area. I will certainly stay there again when I return to Praia do Forte.

Excellent stay, everything extremely clean and organized, easy access to the beach and the village. The host was extremely kind, helpful and courteous, very careful with our baby, leaving a crib and bathtub.
