Excellent option to be close to Praia do Lord. We loved that you can ride a bike to the beach. The apartment has everything you need, it's very comfortable, and the decor is very tasteful. Pedro is a great host, always attentive and willing to help.

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa da Tuca. The house was clean and spacious, with a fantastic pool area and a close walk to the beach. Our entire family (kids, parents, grandparents) all had a time to relax and fun nearby activities to join. Sil was an excellent cook!

Simply everything perfect, the condominium is excellent, very good pool, kids area, sports area (volleyball, tennis, etc.), access to the Imbassai river, access to the exclusive beach, deserted beach with some rocks where the low tide forms some natural pools. And the house is fantastic, everything is very clean, excellent good taste, all the utensils we need, top quality bed linen, Leonardo's service was fantastic, always helpful, he answered any questions immediately. I will definitely return. And I recommend it to anyone. 1000 points

The house is in a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants and bars. The host was quite solicit and friendly. The building was in good condition and clean, but it could offer beds in better condition and extra towels for the pool/beach. Overall, we were very pleased.

The house was designed to provide maximum interaction between guests in the common area, while allowing moments of privacy in the comfortable rooms when any guest wishes. That's why it's the ideal choice for those who want to spend time with family and friends. We played a lot of pool, had a lot of barbecues and enjoyed the delicious pool a lot. When we arrived everything was impeccably clean, the house has all the utensils you can imagine, and all of great quality. Ita keeps a caretaker to maintain the pool every day, so it is always in perfect condition. The whirlpool bathtub in the master suite is a star in itself, 30 minutes in it and you will be renewed.

We were in 3 couples spend the Easter holiday. The house is exactly like in the pictures, with an amazing and tasteful decoration. We hired Damiana's cooking service that made delicious dishes, as well as breakfast, always with a smile on their face and worried about pleasing. Her service was a differential, as it made our stay even more enjoyable. Fernanda was flexible with our schedules, always responded quickly and very kind. Already we want to return to this paradise by the beach of Itacimirim.

Everything is spectacular. Complex is spotless. The common spaces are very useful and are constantly being cleaned/ taken care of. The pool is very much enjoyed in the evening hours since at 6 pm it is already night here. The plants and vegetation are very well cared for and give it a special touch. Regarding the apartment the location is close to the beach and downtown and supermarkets and restaurants. Everything is very tidy, clean to have an excellent stay. Good bed, good shower. Thiago is constantly communicating in case we need something and I give us a lot of useful information about the area

Hosting in the space was exactly what we were looking for, tranquility and safety in the midst of the pandemic. The house has an excellent space, very well located, facing the pool and the beach, next to the Tamar Project and a few steps from Vila da Praia do Forte, really very good. It is not a space for nightlife, as the condominium restricts a lot, but was not an issue for us. We talked at night and at dawn on the balcony and we were not disturbed. The bar and the baianas selling acarajé were excellent. Thanks for the quick support when I had questions or needed support, it was really good

This is the third time we have stayed at Wolmar's house, and we always felt at home. It's a gorgeous condominium with a wonderful pool. Live is even more surprising than in the pictures. After the first time we stayed in the house, every time we stay in Imbassai we immediately look at the availability of Wolmar's home.
