Super clean, cozy house with everything you need to rest and enjoy. Wonderful Condominium and receptive hosts. I highly recommend it and I hope to return.

The apartment is very nice, corresponding with the photos. Everything is very well kept and clean. The hostess (Patrícia) was always available for questions and send information. The condominium has a good structure and is ideal for families with children. As for Itacimirim, excellent place to rest, having a range of services and attractions nearby. Most of the condominiums are located in a beach area not suitable for bathing (very agitated sea). But a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car, already allows access to beaches with the calmer sea.

The apartment was clean, organized and exactly as described. The convenience of being a few steps from the sea makes it much easier for those with children. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, one detail - the extra mattress needs to be a little better, it was very thin. It met our expectations as a place to rest. The beach in front is beautiful, without much movement. Good, clean pool with a shallower part for young children. A tip, hire Cris to cook and organize the apartment, as we stayed 6 days, having her helping us made it a lot easier.

I had an amazing stay! The space is cozy, well located and perfect for relaxing. The proximity to the beach made the experience even better. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

The apartment is really a delight to stay in. New, modern, comfortable, very well equipped and with a beachfront condominium with a pool and a lot of security! I've recommended it to several well-known people because it's a great experience for couples, families and single people!

Great location! Super considerate host! Apt better than in the photos

A very well equipped house, with plenty ty of space, inside and out. Basically on the beach with the large town-village right behind. Most importantly felt safe and secure with porters and security men. Our daughters could happily walk around the beach and town alone. Of note, Praia do Forte is growing significantly so you have lots of restaurants and shops.. all within walking distance... But it does come with increased noise, particularly in the evenings as bars have singers etc.. So although all convenient, the town is not a quiet backwater. But the house compensates as it is lovely.

Host very receptive, good communication. Beautiful, cozy place! Well-equipped Apto has pretty much everything we need. New seafront condominium, nice pool, beach in front of good for bathing! Unica provisa that I have it is with such committee of the condominiums that settles in the area near the barbecue and lives in a panel apart. They are the owners of the space and even the amount of ice to be removed in the machine is controlled. Besides that, I only have to thank Leandro for the excellent receptivity!

Excellent place, quiet, attentive and polite host, place with many leisure options, the apartment was impeccable and we were very well attended, I recommend it and we will definitely come back more often!

The stay was wonderful! The view of the apartment is amazing both to see the nature and to see the pool of the condominium, which is beautiful. The condominium is super quiet, quiet, great to rest with the family and close to restaurants, bakery, hamburger, etc… The apartment was impeccable, super clean, well-equipped, smelly and extremely comfortable. The apartment is beautiful, nice and comfortable. The whole decor has a nautical-praian theme that made the stay experience a delight. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms, but not in the living room, which has only one floor fan. Because of this, in the summer, staying in the living room throughout the day may not be very comfortable because of the heat. It is not a problem if your idea is to spend the day outside on the beach or in the shared spaces of the condominium, which are ventilated. The kitchen is well equipped, we find many utensils and appliances. Like every waterfront building, the saltpeter caused some deteriorations in the apartment, but Wilton gave all the support we need. Wilton was very requested, and he answered us whenever it was necessary to call him. He was a very courteous and kind host, giving tips for nearby tours and answering all our questions about the reservation and stay, which certainly contributed to our experience being wonderful. Thank you, Wilton!

Very organized and well-maintained condominium. Tranquil beach. Very safe place. Great for families with young children. Well equipped and spacious barbecue area. It was the place with the most smelling bedding I've ever been in, including that of the hotels I've been through.

This is the third time we have stayed at Wolmar's house, and we always felt at home. It's a gorgeous condominium with a wonderful pool. Live is even more surprising than in the pictures. After the first time we stayed in the house, every time we stay in Imbassai we immediately look at the availability of Wolmar's home. He is an extremely concerned host with the comfort and well-being of guests. If you forget shampoo, soap or conditioner, rest assured that is available in the two bathrooms, the three items. Only compliments to do.

Great house, very large and comfortable on a beach full of options for all tastes (from natural pools to surfing). Many amenities and complete with utensils. I recommend it!!!

Hosting in the space was exactly what we were looking for, tranquility and safety in the midst of the pandemic. The house has an excellent space, very well located, facing the pool and the beach, next to the Tamar Project and a few steps from Vila da Praia do Forte, really very good. It is not a space for nightlife, as the condominium restricts a lot, but was not an issue for us. We talked at night and at dawn on the balcony and we were not disturbed. The bar and the baianas selling acarajé were excellent. Thanks for the quick support when I had questions or needed support, it was really good
