Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mastrinka

We had a great stay in the apartment! Vesna was very helpful and welcomed us kindly. The apartment is well equipped and in the middle of the old town of Trogir, despite this it is in a quiet street. Only a little bit of noise from upstairs but this was not too bad. The apartment was very clean and the same as in the pictures! Recommendable!

Comfortable and well equipped space for 5 adults. Very convenient location for walking and exploring Split. We appreciated the guide books. We all enjoyed our stay at Ljiljana’s flat.

Very warm welcome from Brigitta and Antun. We were spoiled with coffee and muffins in the beautiful shady courtyard, which we were also allowed to use for breakfast. Uncomplicated contact, Brigitta speaks German. Beautiful cool apartment, sparkling clean bathroom. Within walking distance of the old town of Trogir and yet in a quiet location. Simple bathing facilities nearby, if you want to go swimming quickly. Very nice beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. We had a great stay. Thank you.

So glad we found this bed sitter for our 2 night stay. Managed by a travel company who were pro active, friendly and approachable. We requested access a little earlier and we provided same. The apartment was gorgeous. Beautifully renovated and furnished. Bed was ultra comfortable, bathroom stunning, even though the kitchen was small it had sufficient items to cook if you wanted. Set smack bang in the centre Old Town, you had everything you needed at your door step. Air conditioning worked brilliantly too.

Thank you for the lovely stay. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Darko was accommodating and helpful the entire time, including catching us before we left a bag behind and bringing it to us at the ferry! What a lovely host. The location is perfect -- easy access to the pedestrian zone, restaurants, the park. But not as busy as staying right in Old Town Split. There's a beach a 15 minute walk away which was also nice and easy to access.

We had a spectacular time in Split and Zarko’s home was a perfect pace for our family of 6. We loved that it was in the city and very close to everything. Zarko made several recommendations that were excellent. I would stay here again the next time we are in Split. Things to note for those booking: this is on the 4th floor so there are stairs. We had no issues at all but I am not sure that is so clear in the listing and may not be preferred for some travelers. Split is a much better location to stay in the city comparable to Dubrovnik. The old town in Dubrovnik would be nice for one night. Here in split you can live in the city. It is a beautiful place.

It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be well suited for four people. The sofa covers look a bit old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with whirlpool makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. The host was very nice, responsive, and hospitable. The accommodation was also suitable for small children. There were even toys, which our two-year-olds really enjoyed. The nearby train did not cause any disturbance. We were glad that it was possible to arrive at the home earlier.

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I would! Ana’s villa was the perfect stay for our group of 9. The space is large, spotless, and the backyard is stunning. We loved relaxing by the pool and feeding the cute turtles with fruit and veggies. Ana was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions, recommending restaurants, and even booking one for us. She also arranged a fantastic driver for airport transfers. On our last night, Ana and her husband, Mate, prepared a traditional Croatian meal for us, accommodating all dietary needs. They even brought a birthday cake for one of our group—such a thoughtful touch! We were truly blown away by their hospitality. We can’t say enough good things about Ana, Mate, and the villa. The accommodation was very well equipped and clean. Aldi was a great host. He made us feel at home and was very helpful and he also gave us a late checkout which we really appreciated. The lack of a separate front door for the rooms we stayed in and need to lock individual rooms might not suit some guests and it would have been good to have an extra set of keys for the apartment with the kitchen given that we were a party of 4.

Dijana’s place was an oasis within walking distance to anything you could ever want in old town split! We loved our time both in the town and on her adorable patio.

The best stay I've ever been, beautiful views, private no disturbing neighbors or vice versa, lovely pool pool table, the house almost too good because you didn't want to leave so nice. Furthermore, not indicated in the description but great friendly donkey who loves apples and wants to be petted wonderfully. We became completely friends with Mago (the donkey) and every time we left the house he came to say hello. Only minus point is the late 300 meters is the dirt road but that doesn't matter at all after you come back to such a beautiful place. I'll be back next year!!

We were here in the Dutch May holidays and had fantastic weather so we were able to enjoy the spacious garden, the swimming pool and the quiet area! Everything in the village was almost closed (except for a small supermarket and a restaurant!). By car, very great trips to Trogir, Split & Primosten and Krka! The house has all the comforts and we would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

Lovely place - stayed here with 6 friends for 1 week, the villa was clean and in great condition. Great amenities and location too, only a short walk into the city centre. The managers and owners were very helpful and responded quickly to our requests.

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

This apartment had everything our family needed for our holiday week. It had coolers in all three rooms. It's easy to walk everywhere from here, just the beach is a bit far if the weather is 30°C, but Uber is cheap to use.

Everything was perfect

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!

Solo traveller review: I had the pleasure of staying a month, off season (Jan) and couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. The location is perfect, you’re in the historical centre but it’s on the outskirts where people still live year round rather than rent out. (Whilst on an independent tour of the city I was recommended to go to this neighbourhood for proper food). I was greeted warmly, made to feel very much at home and the apartment’s got plenty of privacy. The most noise you’ll come across will be the ringing of church bells. The pictures are accurate, it’s a 2nd floor apartment with it’s own entrance, there’s a table and chairs for morning coffees right outside the door but I was also given free use of the lower garden and the bbq. Although this is a solo trip review I would say the apartment would work comfortably for 3 people or a family for a proper holiday rather than just a weekend. This was my favourite stay in my 3 months of travel Ita-Slo-Pol-Cro.
