Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Massarosa

We were 4 guys looking for a place to stay for one night only because of the comic book fair in Lucca. Ilaria was really very nice right away, also helpful and friendly. The place was beautiful, very clean, tidy and extremely well maintained. As soon as we entered, we immediately felt at home, with the very idea of a welcoming place. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen very clean and accessible, the bathroom, although small, has a wonderful shower to relax after a busy day. In conclusion, wonderful accommodation. We will keep it in mind for future vacation plans.

I would 100% recommend this air bnb, full of character and great location. Place was clean and had air conditioning and the baloney gets the sun in evening. The bed was comfy and clean also. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

The perfect apartment in Lucca, only a block from the walls of the old town! Spacious place with lots of amenities. Clean rooms and bathroom, large kitchen, fridge stocked with beverages. Lorenzo even has bikes in the garage, downstairs which made exploring Lucca even more fun. Loved every minute here!

This was the most beautiful flat that we stayed at during our travels through Italy. Modern, well decorated and clean in the beautiful city center of Lucca. Very close to restaurants and shopping. The AC was the best I have experienced in Europe. The views from the roof Terrace were exceptional and made our stay! The photos do not even do this apartment justice it was absolutely stunning. You do have to walk 4 stories up so pack light! Cannot wait to be back I would recommend this to everyone!

We had a great week with Giovanna and Antonio. They are both very nice, helpful and always available for questions. The house is exactly as in the pictures, very cozy and we felt comfortable right away. The shared garden is beautiful and the pool is great to cool off on a hot day. Lucca is about 10 minutes away by car and Pisa and Florence are also easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place. Thanks for the great time :-)

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund, Focaccia, was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening while enjoying the beautiful sunset. 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Very nice and spacious place. However, like everywhere in Italy, in spring, a bit damp and cold due to high humidity. Also, don't leave any food or sugar outside - ants will be all over at once :)

Santa Lucia has a wonderful location in the mountains. The view is indescribably beautiful - from the mountains of the region you can see the sea on the horizon. From Santa Lucia, you can reach other larger cities and the beach by car. The place is lovingly and stylishly decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. The garden offers several options for sitting, sunbathing, or dining outdoors while enjoying the view. Gloria was a great, open and very lovely hostess. She took a lot of time for us to show and explain everything. For us, the stay at Casa Gloria was a highlight of our trip through Tuscany. We will come back to enjoy this little piece of earth again.

A super nice house! Fantastically beautiful area! Enchantingly beautiful garden! It was just right for us! The kids could romp in the pool and garden, and we were able to enjoy the tranquility! We were in Dinos Haus for four days with our 10-month-old baby. The view and the tranquility are wonderful and the house has everything it needs for us. The communication with Dino was great, he contacted us on his own initiative and asked if we arrived well and if everything was okay and also responded quickly to our messages. We were traveling with a Ford Transit, your car should not be larger or wider, as the roads are very narrow.

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

Stayed for 4 days at Andrea's place. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice patio to sit on. Best part about it was Andrea gave his number and quickly responded to all of our questions about the area and the apartment. He gave some great restaurant recos and the apartment is about 5m walk from the main square and 10m from the train station. Would recommend for sure. Thanks!

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

The flat was very clean, comfortable and centrally located; all the C’s that make for a wonderful and pleasant trip. Stefano and Emma made us feel at home and proactively reached out to us to ensure we had a smooth experience. Would definitely recommend and would love to return in the future!

Great welcome from hostess Gisella. Great view of the cathedral, Duomo di San Martino from the apartment. Bright, cozy, clean, neat apartment full of loving details. Gisella waited for us with cold water (almost entering summer) and something to eat. Very good idea on her part!!!! He also prepared a personalized map for us to know about places like restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, markets and bike rentals. Map that we use all the time next to the cell phone. Lucca is a beautiful city, especially the city within the wall, full of flowers and lime trees where you can walk, rest and refresh in summer.

Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

We had a great stay in Alice apartment, 6 people and a baby. It was clean and felt homely with a well equipted kitchen to cock dinner at home. Alice is a great host who always answered fast and friendly. Extra plus for the private parking lot. Recommend!
