La spiaggia di Viareggio si trova a 18 minuti in macchina così come Lucca e Pisa. Ha un giardino di 400 m2 con una piscina di 7 x 4 m, Ha una bella vista sulle colline verdi e un po' di vista mare dalla camera. Aria condizionata, riscaldamento e parcheggio dentro alla casa.
