An dem Apartment gab es nichts auszusetzen, von der Terrasse kann man wie versprochen den Etna sehen, im großen und ganzen war das Apartment gut. Der Strand ist wirklich direkt über die Straße, aber er ist wirklich nichts besonders und es liegt auch dort etwas Müll rum. Wenn man als Profilbild ein blauen Pool abbildet und man dann ein dunkel grünen Pool vorfindet dann ist das schon etwas fragwürdig, aber da wir sowieso keine Pool gänger sind war es uns egal. Die ganze Gegend wirkte schon etwas runter gekommen und Müll war ja dort immer ein Problem.

Vi kom med taxi frå flyplassen. Antonietta venta på oss i leiligheten og fortalte både om kva vi såg rundt oss, ga tips om restauranter og fortalte om retter ein bør prøve når ein er i Aci Castello. Leiligheten var godt utstyrt, men vi var nok for seine med å bruke myggsprayen. Gåavstand til Aci Trezza og Catania er heller ikkje langt unna (med buss). Etter innkjøp av badesko prøvde vi ein liten svømmetur i sjøen som ligg rett nedanfor leiligheten. Her må det seiast at vi hadde problem både med å komme oss uti og opp av sjøen på grunn av store steiner som måtte forseres. Leiligheta er godt utstyrt og vi kjøpte inn mat og åt frukost "heime", laga også eit par middager i staden for å ete ute. Terrassen var fantastisk og vi sat ute heile tida, med unntak av då vi ville sjå landskampen mellom Norge og Italia (som Norge vann). Anbefaler både plassen og leiligheta på det varmeste.

Erg fijn verblijf gehad. Alles was schoon en comfortabel. We hadden mooi uitzicht op de Etna vanaf het ene balkon waar we in de ochtend lekker in de schaduw konden ontbijten. Maar als we zon wilde, gingen we op het andere balkon zitten met uitzicht op zee en de tuin beneden. Als we vragen hadden dan reageerde Aretas erg snel en vriendelijk. We voelde ons al gauw op ons gemak én we waren maar wat blij met de parasol die aanwezig was. Het restaurant tegenover het appartement complex is een aanrader! De Airbnb is een prettige uitvalsbasis voor omliggende steden en natuurgebieden.

We spent a full wonderful week staying at Claudio's place which is located at the top of Taormina with breath taking views and just a 5 minute into town. The apartment was clean and had absolutely everything you could need, including shutters which was great for helping our baby sleep. Claudio personally welcomed us and showed us everything and was available at all times via phone or messaging which was really handy. One thing to note is that you are given private access to the balcony which is great but we weren't able to go all the way up to the edge - a fair compromise and you still get incredible views but worth noting. Getting there was tough but once we had arrived we had no problems - the streets are really narrow and it's easy to miss the turn off so pay extra attention if you're driving. You can only park at the property if you have a really small car but there is a parking garage nearby you can park at (which is very expensive). Would happily stay here again any time!

Wonderful stay! I took my mom to Sicily for the first time and this was a most ideal place and setting. The service and attention was exceptional and made you feel right at home upon arrival. The room seemed like it was newly renovated with nice modern furnishings and technology and also immaculately clean. Perfect patio view of La Isola Bella. The outdoor pool was clean as well. If you chose not to rent a car you can take a bus which picks you up about halfway down the hill and it takes you to the beach as well as the center of Taormina. I would return here anytime. Anita’s place is so cute! We really enjoyed our stay here, and she was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was a nice short walk up to the town center. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Taormina!

Eine tolle Zeit haben wir dort verbracht. Leider nur 2 Nächte. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Es war genau das was wir brauchten. Und es ist ein interessantes und beeindruckendes Projekt.

Concetta is an incredible host! The apartment is located right in the heart of Naxos, just a minute’s walk from the sea and close to all the restaurants and bars. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there’s even a washing machine. We stayed as a couple with a baby, and everything was perfect. Concetta helped us with everything we needed – she went above and beyond. The place was cleaned every two days, and even the sheets were replaced regularly. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed with our son at Rosario and Mariela's house for 8 days. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Even before our arrival, Rosario accompanied us, gave us detailed information and helped and advised on every issue. Rosario was always available and helped with joy and goodwill. He always asked if we were missing anything. When we arrived, the best of Sicilian produce awaited us, including pastries, yogurt and milk, a six-pack of water and other products. Rosario allowed us to arrive early and leave later, according to our flight times. In addition, at the end he drove our son to the train station. In conclusion, when we come to Sicily again, we will be happy to return and will also recommend them to friends and acquaintances. We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Alessandro's place was everything we expected and more, right on the seafront, with loads of fantastic restaurants, grocery store and few shops all on the doorstep. The Apartment, was peaceful, and had everything you need for a great holiday, home from home. Alessandro was great at recommendations, but as he said you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants and cafe's Giardini Naxos, is a really lovely place to stay, always felt safe walking around night or day, Taxi to Taormina costs 25 euro to beach 30 euro to the town, during the day but at night is around 40Euro So much to see and do on the island, which is absolutely stunning We used Sayonara Beach, Geovanni and staff were great too, great advice and not a rip off, they have a cafe and restaurant, with all the facilities needed for the day, and is only a five minute walk. Will definitely stay at Alessandro's place again and highly recommend.

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Great aparment with a super view not too far from Taormina. We really enjoyed our stay and Andrea was super responsive host and made us feel welcome. We can highly recommend it.

Nos sentimos como en casa según entramos. Un lugar muy bien decorado y acondicionado. Se aprecia mucho el cuidado que se puso en el apartamento. Tanto Andrea como Baiba encantadores. Recibiéndonos de forma muy amable y muy atentos. Nos dieron una botella de vino siciliano muy bueno y hasta nos enseñaron brevemente los puntos de interés más notables de la zona. Sin lugar a dudas, un lugar muy recomendable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sara House. The setting is stunning, and we really enjoyed spending our time around the pool during the day and walking into Taormina in the evening. It is a short 15 minute walk, albeit quite hilly but we found it a great way to walk off our dinner. Sara was an incredible host, very friendly and helpful whenever we needed her. Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

Gwendalina's place was exactly as pictured and very centrally located right next to the cathedral and the fish market. The terrace was a great addition. Gwendalina was also super proactive with check-in and was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s place. Perfect location close to everything and we loved having a drink on the terrace before dinner. Would 100% recommend.

Great location in the middle of everything in Catania. The neighborhood is very vibrant, music and people all around, however it decreased in the evening and never interfered with our sleep. The hosts were very helpful pointing out attractions and entertainment, also recommendations for restaurants as well as grocery stores. Very close to the Piazza del Duomo, the shopping district on Via Etnea, Ursino Castle, Greek-Roman theater, as well as many fine restaurants. Less than 15 minute cab ride to the airport as well.

Livio was a very accommodating host. Great location. We had a great stay!

Virginie was one of the most helpful and proactive hosts we have come across at airbandb. She made booking in really easy and gave us lots of really useful information about the area. The apartment itself was much bigger than we expected. It was 5 star - clean, comfortable, quiet, great facilities. There were lovely places to eat and drink around the corner and we were able to walk to all the main areas. Thank you, Virginie!!
