Perfect stay, host responded within one hour for all my questions, and also provided me ant killers amost within 30 mins as there were some ants around. (very effective, alll ants gone in a few hours) Place is clean too, and very comfortable. The food around is also very nice, highly recommend the malay store, opposite an indian mamak. portion, taste, price is all very good. Will be back again soon for small weekend getaway. We stayed for one night at Ivan's place and had a pleasant experience overall. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to Ivan's clear and detailed instructions. The unit is located on the highest floor which added a nice touch of privacy. The bed was firm and comfortable, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. It's worth noting that there is no ensuite toilet. The "two bathrooms" mentioned in the listing actually refer to a separate toilet room and a separate shower room, similar to a typical Japanese setup. While this was unexpected, it didn't detract much from our stay. Other than that, everything else was great. We appreciated the cleanliness and quiet environment, and would consider staying here again in the future. Thanks for hosting us!

Nice place to stay for a short weekend. Carpark is a bit tricky but not hard to find place. Nice pool.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and right at home staying in this house. All the necessities—such as shampoo, shower gel, water dispenser, towels, comb, brush, cotton buds, shower cap, cups, and even two small packs of snacks—were generously provided free of charge by Jecenia. There is also a snack bar with additional items available for purchase, which I found both thoughtful and flexible. There are two adorable cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛ in the house who enjoy being around people and allowed me to pet them. Jecenia is a very friendly and helpful host, and I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends if they plan to visit JB in the future. The location is also strategic, as it’s just a 10–15 minute drive to Johor Customs and the Johor Larkin Bus Terminal.

Just back from this beautiful homestay. We were very happy to stay in this big, spacious, nicely decorated and homely house. First of all, the house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price was reasonable. All amenities stated were provided. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. The house owner was very nice,helpful and provided fast response to our needs. Highly recommended! And we will come back again next time =)

The spacious corner-lot home is perfect for big groups and comes with great amenities like a private pool, BBQ set, and karaoke system. Surrounded by lush plants, the place felt peaceful and cozy — our kids especially loved the swing and open space. It was a comfortable, fun-filled stay that made us feel right at home. One thing make me suprised, the home has bath tub and potty for kids. Also, a small playground is prepared in the house. This is super bonus when come to a family which travel with kids, just like me. This is not just family friendly home but also kids friendly. Highly recommended for family or group vacations!

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.

We had a wonderful time at Zen@Austin. The house is exactly what was listed. We were a group of 10 and there was ample space and beds for everyone! The skylight feature on the toilet was beautiful and we loved the experience. The house is in a gated and guarded area so it's safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed our time there! Thank you

Our second stay with Ben. His apartment provided everything we needed, washer/dryer, 2 toilets, many beds, each bed comes with hard pillow and soft pillow. Even had an enclosed balcony which gave us extra space, as well as a large TV to enjoy shows. The wifi was a bit spotty, but he told us way in advance so we were not surprised. Anyway it helped me limit my children’s screen time My go-to apartment every time we are at paradigm mall!

Uncle Paul is a magnificent host with great amenities in his apartment. Easiest check in by far compared to the traditional mailbox collection style. Area is nice and chilly and i will defo come bk here!

Easy and clear instructions from Catie. She even called me a day earlier to inform me that there’s a water disruption on the day of my check out. Appreciate the effort made. Was given a bigger apartment but 2 other rooms were locked as we are only a family of 4. Apartment was huge. Location is only a stone throw away from CIQ. Many food stalls nearby if you’re driving. The only downsides are noises from the vehicles downstairs as apartment was just right beside CIQ. Jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean as the jet blows out residues. Maybe due to previous home stayers using bath bombs. We ended up not utilising it. It was too warm to sit in the balcony as there are 4 aircon condensers. Checking in and out was hassle free. Catie was kind enough to keep us updated throughout. Will come back again next time. Thank you Catie!

Wonderful accommodation and host

friendly host and allows early check in if available. clean living room and easy check in and out. beside the choked toilet issue everything else is acceptable. many shopping and food option around.

Herman and Kayden were really responsive. Always friendly and approachable when we asked questions. Very helpful in local restaurant recommendations. The rooms are great. Clean and nice . Toilets are stocked with shampoo and body foam.Just sofa bed in the hall a bit torn and old. TV - no netflix or Disney or other channels. Not smart TV. Only local and SG TV channels. That is the only thing that needs improvement. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended!!!!

Good location, Ksl mall and other restaurant around there. House was decorated well, cozy and clean. Check in instruction clear and easy. Recommend this place.
