Great place, direct access to Paradigm Mall. Quite near to other malls too. The whole house is clean, well maintained. The owner is very responsive. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Suitable for a family of 6 and there are 2 queen beds in 1 room n a queen bed in the other room. We are happy as the main one tube is to stay near mid valley mall which is only few mins drive away.

Clean apartment. Bathroom is a little slippery when wet after shower. Can hear occasional traffic noise at night.

Great host, listing as described, up and coming area near the waterfront, approx 30 mins ride from the main JB Shopping malls

we had a really nice short stay here - everything was clean and tidy. especially loved how so many things were provided, from toothbrushes & toothpaste, combs, shavers and nail clipper, to bottled water, instant noodles, snacks and even board games. from this, you can tell that the host is very thoughtful and sincere. thank you Grace for being so helpful and friendly!

It’s a beautifully created space. Pretty as what the picture shows It’s enough room for my family of 4. I have two girls, the younger one age 4+ played with all the toys and said she will miss the house before we left. The projector screen was also interesting experience for all of us. Owners were also very responsive and sent help immediately when we needed.

25 Feb is our book in day. We was looking surrounding of the room. We was abit shock that the cleaner never take away the towel n the hanger also spoil. Quite disappointed but the house still okay

Wonderful and lovely place to stay at. A whole dedicated team helps to run the place. Great views and very spacious. Only downside was that there’s no direct shops around the area and had to walk over to the phase 1 R&F area. Although location is near the sea, this means that it’s further from the JB Sentral area. If you want to walk from the checkpoint, do give yourself a bit of time ~15 mins. Small hiccups too but nothing major. Check in and check out process was very smooth and it’s really a beautiful place, overall very good experience!

Everything was perfect except one thing-smelly towels. Perhaps owner overlooked on this.

Everything is new, and the environment is good in all aspects.

The apartment is very comfortable with enough amenities for us to use. We really like the balcony area a lot. Check in was easy as Host gave a very detailed check in procedure. The host also checked in with us via text on how the stay was. They responded promptly when we had questions or needed help. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back! Thank you again to the hosts for making our stay pleasant! 😊😊

Kids love the pool and the place. Scenic both the end of the unit and the decoration of the unit feels like home. Love to stay longer in this unit but there will be a next time

Was very excited when new rooms were available and booked months back. This was a really fun stay for the kids. They love everything, the swings, the rock climbing, the slide and also the projector tv with Netflix. Air Con was cold. Place was clean. Swimming pool is 1.2m height though out. There is a small pool for little ones. Gym is big. There is a game room too. Check in was easy. Siti is very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants nearby. My kids review - 10 out of 10

This was our 2nd stay and this time was also great stay . Thanks Elson for your fabulous hospitality! Ps: you might consider to keep few kitchen utensils and storage containers. Also daily cleaning for long stayers .

KC was a great host who gave clear instructions. His unit is huge, clean and comfortable, just like a home away from home vacation.

Excellent location, Medini mall is across the road. Apartment is spacious and is suitable for larger families, with delightfully made up children's beds and a little tent for children to play in. Gym and pool for any one who requires their daily exercise.

Koh made the check in process very straightforward and was also flexible with the check out timing when we had overslept! The place is nice with a great balcony view and projector works great with the blinds shut. Would stay over again :)

It was a very nice apartment , very cozy and have 5 star hotel service. The host really think of the guuest comfort. Very recomenned. will stay here again next visit. note ; the floor but quite slipery, maybe too clean ...... except that everything is perfect .
