Nicholas's place was great! Close to downtown, and walkable to all of the things we wanted to do. Will stay here again.

Comfortable retro residence in a quiet, quaint community. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and strolling around the historic little village watching the birds. Margaret and Peter and very responsive and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. We were in town for a wedding and proximity to the events that weekend made this place perfect!

Aaron was very accommodating when we asked about a late check out due to the circumstances of our stay. He was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious and beautiful space!

Very clean and very cozy. Beds were so comfortable!! The area was so peaceful and hardly no traffic at all. We stayed two nights to attend an event at UTK baseball field. 10 min easy drive to the field. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at hilltop. The place was very clean and felt like home. We had some issues with the keypad and Brian came right over and fixed our problem without hesitation. The kids with us loved all the games and the outdoor play equipment. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Although the street noise was continous all night we were so tired from all the running we fell asleep anyways. Very close to the University and downtown we would stay here again. Host left a few snacks on the counter, my kids were very grateful.

Our host Diane was wonderful to work with, very responsive and friendly. The home was beautiful and in such a peaceful setting. Very close to town and not far from the blue ridge parkway, tubing, rafting, shopping, good food, hiking. Really just perfect. My favorite part was the deck overlooking the creek and listening to the birds, exquisite.

This house is the cutest and most home-y house away from home you’ll stay at. The decorations add character to the bnb and the animals add to the fun. I think I had the best sleep in years just because of the darkness and peacefulness that this area offers. I was a little worried that it’ll smell too much like a farm with all the neighboring animals but it honestly didn’t smell at all. Instead, the house smelled a little like campfire smoke when we first arrived but it was quite comforting. I would definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and a true home away from home. Beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the grill on the porch—just bring food and oil if frying. Extra pillows, blankets, and built-in lamp chargers were a thoughtful touch. My husband enjoyed the recliners, large smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. Bathrooms had huge bottles of great-smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Washer/dryer worked well with a starter pack included. We relaxed with the pool table, hot tub, and comfy porch seating. Our dogs loved the wraparound porch. The quiet, peaceful neighborhood and daily bear sightings (mama and cubs!) made it extra special. Gorgeous views of mountains and nature all around. Cozy and private yet close to Pigeon Forge. Roads are narrow and winding but manageable. We didn’t use the pool/dog park, but they looked nice. Lincoln was a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Cale communicated everything clearly, responded back quick when I had a question, and was incredibly friendly. The cabin is absolutely gorgeous. They had everything my family needed to enjoy our visit. Would fully recommend to anyone wanting to get away.

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. Her answers to our questions were spot on. It was very nice to have parking too! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Knoxville! Thanks, Anna!

Wonderful stay ! We didn’t not want to leave, it rained when we were there but it made the experience even better. There is a lot to do at the cabin with the arcade games, pool table and hot tub. The surroundings are beautiful with the sound of a creek near by. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and peaceful. Jeremy and Stephanie were welcoming, responsive, and so friendly! We were trying to figure out when we could come back as soon as we pulled out of the gate! Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time! Krystelle's place is amazing and exactly as described. Indoor pool was so much fun, as was the hot tub on the lower deck, the game room and the movie theater! You almost never wanted to leave the house! Krystelle was so responsive to any of our questions and needs and in fact, her arrival guide left almost all of our questions answered before we even arrived. Five bedrooms, 4 with King size beds, and the Bunkbeds were double mattresses!! We highly recommend Krystelle's place to any large family looking to have a great time away!! Great Host with Great House!!

The place was a great stay for our honeymoon. Pool was great, the bed was super comfortable and the space was well kept! Tiffany was very helpful and understanding when I needed anything.

We booked last minute and even so they were fast with replies to any and all questions we had. Was a great stay and highly recommend.Looking forward to doming more stays with them in the future.

Dawn’s home had 38 x 5 star reviews when I looked at renting it. I can honestly say I now know why. It’s a gorgeous home and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is gorgeous and extreme well maintained. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area. The home is more than adequately equipped for her guest. I highly recommend Dawn’s home for your trip if you are in the area.

The Eagle’s Nest was a magical place! There are several “above and beyond” thoughtful touches that made this one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in years. The hot tub was perfect - clean and hot! The views (including sunsets) were incredible! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect to cook our meals in, and we saw at least one bear almost every day. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up not doing as many things in the area because the peacefulness and views were best at our Airbnb. A couple of tips when you book this amazing place and do venture out. Google maps shows the road to Metcalf Bottoms is closed. It is open and the hike to Greenbriar School is well worth it! Our other favorites were the Wears Valley Zipline, Mountain Brothers General Store, and we enjoyed the zero lines at the Goats on the Roof coaster. This is a place you will definitely enjoy staying at!

Great place to stay while we were in town for a wedding. It was very clean and quiet. Lots of parking at the back was nice. It is a duplex so there were people staying next door but we never heard them. Christine was a great host and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Jenny has created a cute and comfortable little place in an unexpectedly quiet, yet convenient, neighborhood. Very clean and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated all of the ceiling fans. Seating and lighting in the living spaces was limited, but we made do for the time we stayed. Especially appreciated the multi-outlet option for additional chargers and the assortment of coffees!

We stayed here before a wedding we attended in Maryville. The location was perfect as it was an easy ride to the venue. The house was exactly as pictured. We loved the proximity to local coffee shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Tiny but charming lofted studio—perfect for a quick getaway! The bed was incredibly cozy, and the décor was warm and thoughtfully styled. Just a heads-up: the bathrooms are located downstairs and outside, so bring easy slip-on shoes. There’s no sink in the loft itself, but a filled Brita was provided, which was a helpful touch. My mom and I had a lovely stay—thank you for hosting us!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. One of the highlights for me was the backyard — it was spacious, well-maintained, and absolutely perfect for my dog to run around and enjoy. It’s not always easy to find a place that’s both pet-friendly and stylish, but this one nailed it. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with a pup or just looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to stay!

Kelsey’s place is one for the books! It was very clean, had everything we needed, and the master bed was so darn comfy. We had the best sleep there. The place is very convenient to all the places we enjoy, in the mountains. Our puppy enjoyed his stay, as well. Kelsey is very accessible, if you need anything, and she goes above and beyond a host. We will stay there again. (Note: the house does sit over hwy 74, so you will hear the road traffic. For us, it was not an issue at all. The Bluetooth speakers, outside helped, and we sleep with a fan app, so it never bothered us. If you are noise sensitive, just be prepared. Plus, Kelsey has ear plugs and noise machines in the bedrooms.) Thank you, Kelsey, for everything. You are wonderful.
