We had a fantastic time at the villa. The proximity to the beach and private pool were handy day time activities. Great restaurants nearby and friendly and helpful villa staff. Special shout out to Mowgli, the resident pup, who kept us entertained.

It was an amazing stay at Candolim and Naveen was a gracious host. A special shout out yo Krishna the care faker of the property who was kind and responsive and very helpful. The property is very close yo the beach and our daughter had a wonderful time.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb near Calangute Beach. The location is peaceful, offering a relaxing escape while still being close to all the action. The host, Abhishek, was incredibly helpful,check-in was smooth, and his local recommendations really helped me make the most of my trip. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm, comfortable stay in North Goa!

It's a really good place. We were 11 adults in total. We are all family and really enjoyed the space and breakfast they offered. We all really loved the space and definitely suggested.. The host is very helpful for guiding and proactively suggested for our questions. Overall 10/10

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. We took up residence at Kenneth's home during the week before my wedding. His home was the perfect HQ for my family to rest after the long hours of wedding preparations and he was ever helpful in taking care of our every needs. The home was fully stocked with needed amenities and the stay was very pleasant.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

My friends and I were visiting Goa and ended up staying in Rohit and Nikita’s place in the Candolim area. The apartment was very cozy and modern. We really liked it. Rohit was extremely easy to reach at all times, and helped us with everything we needed. He even allowed us to check out a bit later as our flight was in the evening and this helped us a lot. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and Rohit was extremely lovely guy who was a great host.

Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed every moment. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, perfect for a relaxing getaway. They were always available when we needed anything and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Peaceful and cozy little flat, host is responsive & communicates well. Looked better than pictures & had all the mentioned amenities.

We 10 members had a wondeful stay at this property . Property amenities is as mentioned in the Photos, we had nice time at swimming pool . Food is the highlight of our stay, Bhagawan is the one who loves to prepare food as per our desire & request. Room maintenenace is also very good, except the first floor last ( Big size) room Airconditioning . It makes noice and not able to generate the enough chillness. AC service to be done. We are sure in our next visit also we will prefer stay in this property only.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.

This place was incredible. I rented the apartment so my mom, aunt, cousin, his wife, my husband and I could all stay in the same place. We were all so comfortable with our own bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of space for us to hangout together and enjoy meals, and we could retreat into our own space when we needed a break. There are incredible views outside every window in the apartment. Dona Paula, beautiful trees, even a peek of the ocean. I love staring out the kitchen window and watching the birds catch thermals. Siddhant was one of the best hosts I've had on AirBnB. He was so responsive to our needs and made sure we comfortable. It was a huge bonus to have a cleaning come to take out the trash and tidy up in the kitchen and bathrooms. Next time I am in Panjim, I will definitely be staying here again.

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!
