Apartment holiday rentals in Maroondah City

Justin was a personable and lovely hosts. Justin met me and set me up with our stay in the beautiful suite and help me arrange an amazing in room massage (coming from a massage snob the contractors Justin uses are 10/10!) as well was giving us vouchers for the tea house we had planned on visiting. Ling gave us a tour on his beautiful veggie garden and even gave us some of his produce including a zucchini bigger than my arm! He also gave us a wholesome lesson on how to grown certain vegetables <3 Room was spotless, beautiful, private and romantic. We had a lovely Valentine’s Day here! I would definitely recommend this accommodation (especially if you want to earn some brownie points with a partner ;-) )

Lovely apartment, well appointed and perfectly situated for a weekend in the hills.

It's a perfect accommodation, I will definitely recommend to my friends or book it again in future. I was surprised how spacious it is at this accommodation and it has a very convenient access with car park and unit. Additionally, it took only 5 mins walk to nearby cafe and good restaurants. After a long day out, I was so happy to come back and enjoy the stable hot water shower system and comfortable bed which I could get recharged perfectly for the next day. I am grateful that Tiffany and Young are very responsive and proactive with communication and provide great respect that I could enjoy the trip and focus on the rest.

I had a wonderful stay at Robyn’s place, it’s a real home away from home! The gardens surrounding the house are lovely and it’s a very short walk to the botanic gardens and maybe 15 mins walk to the centre of Olinda. The room was neat and tidy and had everything I needed; some basic breakfast provisions were a nice touch too. Would stay again, thanks for having me 🙂.

This was a premium experience. Lots of extras and amenities, extremely comfortable place and very communicative hosts.

Denise has a beautiful little place under her house, she was very attentive and brought us some wine and croissants in the morning. Her place is a perfect stay if you’re planning a weekend away discovering the Dandenong and tying some local food.

Great place to stay. Perfect location right across the road from the shopping centre and train station. The apartment was lovely, everything you needed was there. Host was great and really responsive! Definitely would stay here again

Beautiful home only a short walk to the shops. In a very quiet area. The hosts were lovely and always available for any troubles. Will definitely stay here again.

Our second stay at Albert’s apartment. Exceptionally clean apartment with wonderful views; convenient location. Excellent communication prior to stay and seamless check in/check out.

Thank you Meary for a great stay. Your apartment is comfortable. The instructions for access were easy to follow and we appreciated your prompt communications. Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Thank you Marc & MJ for the warm welcome & chockies, even though we never even needed to speak with you, and also for the attention to detail in this and central well-appointed apartment. With the cold and being from up north, I would have appreciated either a bathrobe or an extra towel, but the unit was very cosy anyway. Thanks for the carpark as well, so handy as we'd hired a car to get around outside of the CBD on the wet weekend.
