Waterfront holiday rentals in Marmaris

Amazing stay here! Close by to everywhere we go, not even a min walk to the beach. Wish we had stayed our whole holiday here.

I stayed in Marmaris for the ultra trail, and the experience was great. The host was responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A perfect place to relax after a busy day.

This is my second stay in one of Marinas apartments in the same block. This apartment was exactly as described and is even better than the photos. It has everything you would need for a great self catering holiday and we made full use of the cooking facilities. I loved having the washing machine, there is no balcony in this one but there is a clothes airer where we could dry our clothes at the massive windows. It has 2 good sized double bedrooms and 3 couches. It is one building away from the beach and is right in the centre of all the football bars so it can be very noisy at night. We would be out anyway so it never bothered us and we loved the location. Marina is a fantastic host and always just a message away. I love staying in her apartments and can't wait to stay there again. Thanks for everything Marina

We had a very nice time with my family and our cat in the house of Ms. İpek with a magnificent view. The house was more beautiful, spacious and very beautifully decorated than the photos. Ms. Pipek helped with everything, she was very friendly, as if she was family. Thank you very much for allowing us to make good memories. Hope to see you again..

Ugur was very friendly and helpful for our stay in Marmaris, which was very last minute. The location was perfect and walking distance to everything. Ugur gave us local recommendations on Icmeler beach, how to get there, and several different restaurants. His wife and daughter were also very kind to us and helped us out. The rooms all had AC and amenities were exactly as listed. It made our time in Marmaris very comfortable and enjoyable.

It was a great location and peaceful place. Mr. Şeref and his family were really kind people.

The house was as it appeared in the photos; it was clean and everything we needed was at home. The balcony view was much more beautiful than the photos. There is also a nice patio area at the entrance and a brand new and clean barbecue is provided. It was very enjoyable to barbecue in this area. In addition, there is a beach area right at the bottom of the sea belonging to this house, which was also tidy and clean. Mr. Gürel and his family hosted us very well, they asked us every day if we needed anything. If we come to Sogut again, we will stay here again. We highly recommend it.

Sögüt was the most magical place I went in Turkey. The flat was perfect for me. It is very comfortable and spacious, with an incredible view over the bay. Selcuk's family are very kind and kept bringing me fresh fruit and local delicacies! I couldn't recommend it more highly.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located with easy access to all the fun spots in Marmaris. The view was stunning, and the peaceful vibe made it hard to leave. Our host, Ismail, was amazing — so kind, helpful, and super responsive to all our questions. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He also guided us throughout our stay, making the whole experience even better than we imagined. You truly can’t find better than this in all of Marmaris. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

We spent 3 days in this wonderful house. The view of the house is great. It's in the heart of Bozburun. There are very nice restaurants around. There are nice places where you can eat and visit. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and suitable for families with children. But above all, one of the things that makes this house 5 stars is Mr. Uğur himself. He is an incredibly caring, warm-blooded, and unique person who immediately solves your problems when you need something. On the other hand, the house may not be suitable for remote workers because the internet is not very good everywhere (especially on the balcony) and it comes and goes a few times. Apart from that, there is no parking space right next to the house, you can park for free within a 5-minute walking distance. But these do not prevent the house from deserving 5 stars. We are very pleased and we will stay without thinking again
