Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marmaris

An absolute joy. Away from society and with a stunning view. Villa had everything you would want to have in your house. Small gestures such as water, washing pods were additional touches. Host is great and friendly. Im planning to go back next year

The house was as shown in the pictures. The city is quickly reached by car and many different beaches can be easily visited by car. The host is very friendly and always responded quickly to questions. I can definitely recommend the house.

This has to be one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. The views were incredible, the house was beautiful. Deniz was unbelievably helpful with everything, from local recommendations to including private driver Şener (who was lovely). The area is tranquil and gorgeous. Cannot recommend how great they both were. Boats tours to visit the surrounding islands. The pool was beyond amazing. The holiday was perfect 💖

We haven not met Tugce in person, but she was always on call and kind. The flat was clean. As you can see in the pictures, living room and kitchen are joint in one room which could be a bit poky, if you are planning to sit inside. We have spent most of our time on the big balcony, thus, it was not an issue for us. I would highly recomment to come by car since there are no taxis and the closest supermarket is about 10min within walking distance.

We had a very enjoyable holiday. The view was perfect. The house was as described. The materials we might need were abundantly available at home. We felt like we were at home. Thanks again for everything.

During our stay, Ms. Merve and her husband were very caring, they even offered us a sightseeing guide. The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the center, but it was not a problem for us, it was even better to have the house in a quiet place. It is a suitable house for those who want to have a active holiday and visit the city, the amenities of the house were sufficient as we were out all day in general. Ms. Merve and her family were staying on the upper floor of the house, they are easily accessible in case of any need. Once the entrance of the house is through the garden, it's good to know😊 In summary, we did not have any problems with the house or the hosts, thank you again:)

This is a perfect place to stay, if you're traveling by car. We only stayed for a couple of days, but I can definitely say that the flat has everything you need for a longer stay. And of course, many thanks to Kardelen for always being ready to help!

Sister Şerife and brother Veli were excellent people. We felt like we were in our own home. All the details such as tea maker and coffee maker were considered where we stayed. There was also a barbecue. They also provided flexibility at checkout. They were friendly and very accommodating. The house was very clean and the pool was clean and quite sufficient. The house has all the amenities in just 5 minutes. It should definitely be preferred for a quiet holiday. Since it is in nature, it will be useful to buy mosquito repellent.

Big and clean apartment on the top floor, private neighbourhood, 2 balconies with a great view, we enjoyed our stay here!

Good and lovely place

It was our first vacation in Marmaris. Although I didn't know much about the area, I did some research. I was particularly interested in researching the area. Both the bay and the place we stayed were as nice as we hoped. We also had the advantage of going in September, the beach was calm. The view of the house was beautiful at all times of the day. Since the sun slowly fell on the balcony of the house in the afternoon, we enjoyed the balcony comfortably for breakfasts and dinner, the evening sunset was beautiful. When the beach return was uphill, we preferred to go to and from the beach by car. Since we had an unpleasant accident in the village with our car, we were not in the mood for the last two days. But our vacation went well. Ms. Esra's parents were in the in-laws in the garden, they immediately caught up with our questions for all our needs, very nice and quality people. Ms. Esra was also very polite, patient and caring from the moment of the rental. Thank you so much for all of you.

I cannot recommend Veronika’s place enough. From the moment we booked she was responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was SPOTLESS when we arrived and had absolutely EVERYTHING we could possibly need. The location, interior and amenities were second to none. At the beginning of my stay I accidentally smashed a glass, I told Veronika and she was very understanding, asking more about my welfare than the broken item. She is a very kind woman and an extremely attentive host. The location of the apartment could not be better, we were so happy with it. After a long flight, we arrived late at night. Waiting for us was a 6 pack of water and some nuts. Exactly what we needed after a long journey. Veronika’s place is the BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed at. I will 100000% be returning and if you’re thinking of booking I couldn’t recommend it enough. We had a great stay, couldn't recommend more. The apartment has everything (though kitchen equipment is very basic) and it is big, which was great because we had our 8 months old daughter with us, and she could just crawl around on the floor. They also provided a baby bed for her. The area is quiet but in walking distance to everything (15 minutes to the beach, less than five minutes to nearest cafes/restaurants and shops). The garden is small, but very nice and the swimming pool is pretty big. Mert was always responsive and his caretaker on the premises was so nice and gave us lots of good recommendations. Içmeler is a nice, small-ish resort town; you'll have better beaches and less tourists at the smaller towns further down the coast, but Içmeler is easier to reach, close to the much bigger Marmaris and have many options for food, etc. It is also very quiet and family friendly.

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

The host, Ms. İlkay and Mr. Arif, were extremely understanding, helpful and friendly people. The house was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. It was very ideal for crowded families. It was very easy to reach the markets and the neighborhood market. It was nice to reach the markets and the neighborhood market. It was nice to provide transportation to the gem bays. Come to these wonderful places and hosts without a second thought. I would say "my eyes are closed". Thank you so much for everything.
