Our holiday house is located in the most prestigious site of the region, which stands out with its magnificent pool. It has 2 floors and a usage area of 185 m². On the ground floor; there is a large lounge with fireplace, semi-open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a large balcony with nature view. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea view. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi network.

The apartment was originally 2 apartments which were converted to 1 spacious apartment in the superior privately owned section of Loryma resort. Guests at the apartment may use all the on site facilities including restaurants, bars, pool and a free transfer bus to Turunc. The resort offers Spa facilities , including steam room and sauna, massages and a Turkish bath. ( additional costs apply). These are all available to guests in my apartment.

A stunning 3 bed ground floor apartment set on a lush hillside overlooking Turunc bay with magnificent views of coastal and mountain scenery. The apartment is just a short 5 minutes drive from the beach/village which is very accessible as the resort offers free daily shuttle services to and from. The village boasts traditional Turkish restaurants situated along the beach front as well as a selection of cocktail bars and souvenior shops.

We completely renewed it this year. White appliances, air conditioners, kitchen and bathroom . We renewed it for our guests to have a peaceful holiday. It has the capacity to sleep in 2 rooms and 4 people. Kitchen ,dishwasher, oven and stove and all kinds of materials for cooking.

Our flat is located in the center of Marmaris near to the old town, The Castle of Marmaris and the Archeological museum and the best bars and restaurants. It is located in the best place of Marmaris where you can appreciate your dream holiday :)
