Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Marmaris

Ms. Mine gave us all the information we needed to be comfortable during our stay, the street entrance of the villa after the main road is a little problematic, you get used to entering and leaving on the second day.

The house was as shown in the pictures. The city is quickly reached by car and many different beaches can be easily visited by car. The host is very friendly and always responded quickly to questions. I can definitely recommend the house.

We had a great place and a great holiday and were very satisfied, everything was in the immaculate house with everything in touch with nature. Mr. Mehmet has thought about it down to the finest detail. When we had a problem, she got back to us right away and quickly. The pool could only be a click bigger, but it was still very nice, the location, the air, and everything was nice. See you next year, a place we can go and stay. I want to say one more thing, the only place where you want to relax and really want to get away from the noise and dirt of the city, I can tell you this with my sincerest feelings, I recommend this place to everyone... During our stay, Ms. Merve and her husband were very caring, they even offered us a sightseeing guide. The house is 15-20 minutes walk from the center, but it was not a problem for us, it was even better to have the house in a quiet place. It is a suitable house for those who want to have a active holiday and visit the city, the amenities of the house were sufficient as we were out all day in general. Ms. Merve and her family were staying on the upper floor of the house, they are easily accessible in case of any need. Once the entrance of the house is through the garden, it's good to know😊 In summary, we did not have any problems with the house or the hosts, thank you again:)

It was a very pleasant house. It was just 2 nights in the other apartments while we stayed, it was very comfortable. Since we are off-season, there is construction in the area, you are subject to their noises when you are at home. There are very good restaurants in a pleasant area of Sogut, we had a very, very nice 5 days as of the season, thank you very much.

Everything was very attentive and lovely. It is a great advantage to have your own pool and jacuzzi. Ms. Eeva is very kind, caring and thoughtful. It made us feel special that he even asked if we needed anything every day, but he was so well prepared that we never needed him. Its location is very close to the center, we did not experience any problems. Thank you

Idyllic, pure nature and everything you need! The sea, the center of Marmaris (a stone's throw) and the entire Marmaris area can be explored or reached by car between 60-90 minutes. Even at a temperature of 40 degrees, this village and the apartment are surprisingly fresh and pleasant. We didn't use the air conditioning one day. For the city of Datca (approx. 2 hours/easy) you should plan a whole day or 2 days. Everything is great ;)

Great place and hospitality

The place was very nice and tidy. The room is exactly like in the photos and very clean, the room's location is very convenient and easily accessible with the beach to be just 5 min away and many markets nearby. There are plates and kitchenware in the apartment and the balcony was big. Eyüp is very helpful and kind, he responded very fast to our messages everytime. The only downside of the location of the room is that there is a night club which plays music loudly till 2am but this will be a problem only if you go to sit at the balcony, inside the room you can barely listen to the music since the soundproof of the room is very good.

I would definitely recommend it to a friendly host. It is 1-2 streets away from the bars street in the center and it was very easy and comfortable to reach nice places when you leave the house.

I don’t normally do reviews but this deserves one, for a last minute change in holiday destination I found a right gem. Such an ideal location. And the restaurant downstairs could not fault 1 bit always welcoming with amazing food and drink. This is definitely going to be my go to place for turkey again. Apartment had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try a different holiday destination (like me) for my first time here this place definitely made it special. So thank you to Baykan and his staff you made us feel very welcome

Kemal is a fantastic host — very friendly and quick to respond to messages. We had a small issue when we arrived, but he resolved it within 30 minutes, which we really appreciated. The location of the apartments is excellent. They’re in a quiet, peaceful area where we didn’t hear any noise at all, yet everything is within easy reach. It’s about a 10minute walk to Blue Port and the beach, and also around 10 minutes to Armutalan, where you’ll find plenty of bars and nightlife. I’ve already booked to stay here again this summer, and I can’t wait to come back!

Hello, We went with children so we paid a lot of attention to the cleanliness and this apartment was spotless. I hope it stays that way. Unlike other accommodations, this had everything you need to spend your days(water bottle, shampoo, coffee, dishwasher tablets etc etc) If I had to put on any sticks, I would say that the power of the water in the shower was not very strong, but we were able to shower properly. Finally, to say that the hosts were very nice also they let us into the apartment earlier than the scheduled time. See you soon!

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

The host, Ms. İlkay and Mr. Arif, were extremely understanding, helpful and friendly people. The house was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. It was very ideal for crowded families. Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend
