Mrs. Fatoş and Mr. Cenk were really wonderful hosts. They were very interested and kind from the reservation stage. During our stay, they responded quickly to all our questions and helped us with everything. This made us feel very safe and comfortable. The house was quite clean and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. All the necessary equipment was available for those who wanted to cook in the kitchen, we did not experience any deficiencies. When we first arrived, it was a great convenience for us to have things like water, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies. The terrace was the most enjoyable part of the stay. It had a magnificent view; it was an unforgettable experience to have our breakfast there and watch the sunset in the evening. We had a very nice stay thanks to both the location of the house and the hospitality of the hosts. If we happen to be in this city again, we would like to stay here again without thinking. Thank you very much for everything!

We can say that it is a clean, sparkling, and hospitable family business. The rooms are exactly as you see in the photos. You can say that the location is in the middle of a great bay, so when you walk on both sides, you get tired at a minimum, you are on the beach with🤓 2 steps, the employees are friendly, they help with everything we ask and the conversations were very nice. We can say that we fell in love with Selimiye with the calm sea and the night stars. I feel very lucky to have met such a beautiful business. When we come to close the season, we will definitely stay in the same place again ❤️

We stayed for 1 night. The home was as described. Very close to the sea in terms of location. Due to Ms. Leyla's kindness and communication approach, we were able to get answers to our questions right away. A nice place to stop and relax in the Hisaronu location. Thank you.

Ms. Ayçıl and her uncle, Mr. Tuncay, were extremely kind, quality and caring people. They hosted us very nicely. Selimiye boat tour at sunset with their own boats was very enjoyable. Thanks for that as well. The location of the house was very nice, you go to the sea in ten steps. I think the sea is the most beautiful sea in the region. It is shallow and ideal for children.. It is much nicer to swim in the morning and evenings. It has a warm sea. It is a resort that has not lost its naturalness. You are vacationing in the village, but there is everything you need. We had a beautiful four days in a calm and peaceful environment where we enjoyed being with beautiful people we were happy to meet. Would recommend to anyone who wants to come.

The location of the apartment is very central and the transportation was quite convenient. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Thank you Mr. Mert for his attention and helpfulness

You don't have a parking problem for the car, which is one of the most important things in Selimiye. Walking distance to the beaches.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfectly located with easy access to all the fun spots in Marmaris. The view was stunning, and the peaceful vibe made it hard to leave. Our host, Ismail, was amazing — so kind, helpful, and super responsive to all our questions. He truly went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He also guided us throughout our stay, making the whole experience even better than we imagined. You truly can’t find better than this in all of Marmaris. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

The house is in a beautiful place as a location. It is very easy to get to the sea and you can also spend time in the sunbeds of the house. The only problem is that the mains water is a little salty, otherwise it is a house that I can choose to stay in the sogut. Ms. Seda is a caring host. Thanks again...

They took such good care of us during our stay that we really felt at home throughout the holiday. Everything we might need at home was available and if anything extra was needed, they helped immediately. It was really thoughtful of them to serve the vegetables and fruits they grew in the garden. The beach is only 2-3 minutes' walk away and there are sun loungers belonging to Gözde holiday home and you can spend as much time as you want on the beach for free. There are already various businesses on the beach :) It is definitely a place that can be preferred again and again for a quiet sea holiday. We would like to thank Ms. Arzu and Mr. Ramazan for all their help and services.

Amazing stay here! Close by to everywhere we go, not even a min walk to the beach. Wish we had stayed our whole holiday here.

Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.

Communication was very strong from the moment we booked, the accommodation was in the perfect location, I plan to come back and stay longer
