Holiday rentals with a patio in Marlborough

Cute, cozy, clean, and super close to the bike trail! Perfect stay for a weekend exploring the towns along the trail.

John and Emma's place is exactly as described. It is neat and comfortable. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the place feel welcoming. It is on a busy corner so that might be off-putting to some, but it was fairly quiet on the days we were there. You are able to walk to town to many restaurants, shops, and ice cream and there is a big grocery store just down the road.

Constanza and Bill’s place was everything we could hope for. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. Constanza was also very responsive and helpful when it came to questions. The location was also very convenient for hiking and dining at local restaurants. We felt right at home and will definitely be back if we’re ever looking to stay in Beacon again :)

We actually did not end up staying -- Nicholas had the nightmare scenario of renovations going too far over schedule. Nicholas contacted us and fixed the problem -- he identified another very nice place for us (and I think he may have paid a bit extra). So, although we did not actually see his apartment, we were very appreciative of how he fixed the issue. Next time we stay at Cornwall, we are looking forward to seeing their place (and its renovated bathroom). Greg and Alyce

Our family had a lovely relaxing stay at Adam’s home. The weather wasn’t all that we hoped but with the serene and conveniently located property, a thoughtful and welcoming host it was a good time. We received great recommendations for things to do nearby but also enjoyed the pool, a walk around the pond and the feathered friends on the property. Would stay again!

A perfect little apartment in a perfect 300 year-old stone house. Privacy. Serenity. Calm beauty. Accommodating host. Every uptown Kingston attraction and restaurant within a few minutes walk. Easy parking. A good night's sleep. Can't say that it's clutter-free, but who cares, it's really charming and that bathroom is SO relaxing with both a giant rain shower and old fashioned tub. Perfect.

Jenna’s place worked well for our family reunion in Catskill village, convenient to Main Street shops. The shower set up (curtain in a tub) was a bit tricky.

We had a great say. Beautiful area. Tremendous lake which we enjoyed by kayak. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice sitting area outside and another on the front porch. We were here early June and so the eatery next store and another up the road were not open for the season quite yet. Great communication.

I was in town for a show at Bearsville Theater and spent the afternoon in Woodstock. The location was perfect. It was a short drive to the show and the center of Woodstock. I didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor area due to the rain but it looked very peaceful and private. It’s a lovely space and I would be happy to book again in the future.

This was our second time staying here, it was even better than I remembered! Beautiful house, looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean and Jan is by far one of the best hosts we’ve ever had; always responsive and kind. We can’t say enough good things about Tatiana’s place! We have stayed in several air bnb’s in Beacon over the years and this is by far the best! Perfect location, immaculately clean, and beautifully renovated. We attended a weekend full of wedding festivities at The Round House and the walkability was beyond perfect. 100% recommend. We will definitely try to book again next time we’re in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

This house is exactly as described, comfortable, cozy and has everything you need for a great visit. The bedrooms were so comfortable. Our weather wasn’t the best so we were disappointed we could not use the outdoor fire pit. There was no parking in the front because there was always cars there so we did have to park quite far up the road, but that’s not any fault of the owners. I would highly recommend this if you are visiting the area Marist, the CIA or Vassar, it’s a great option instead of an overpriced hotel. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Jessica’s place. We had everything we needed for our trip and appreciated the extra supplies to make us feel at home. Great place for a small group. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. And beautiful views around the Hudson. We would definitely recommend it as a destination place. It is close to 2 hours from the city or the airport. But there is plenty to do around. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did it.

Just as described, André’s place is a lovely well furnished cottage with an especially comfortable bed in a very private, quiet setting. We hope it will be available the next time we are in the area.

The location was very peaceful and comfortable. It has a great view of the mountains in the background. The place had everything you needed and was very clean and had cabin like qualities. Little getaway was wonderful. There was warmth as soon as we walked in, and that comfort lasted throughout our whole stay at the house. Diana was accommodating and available with any situations we had. We will definitely be coming back.
