We loved Timothy's place! The home is super cozy and has everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. It was also really nice to be able to park our car in the spacious garage. We have family in the area, so we'll definitely be back this way soon, and we hope to be able to stay here again!

Perfect! The property was so beautiful - clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and with all the comforts of home! My family wanted to stay longer! Can’t think of a single way they could improve. You will love the open layout, comfy beds, updated bathrooms, bedroom fans, stocked kitchen, games, and more! Plus it is surrounded by lovely landscaping and a short walk to the playground. Close enough easy access, but far enough away to never hear a sound!

Kimberly so super kind!! Her home is beautiful and the art is amazing!!! It was super clean and quiet!! The neighborhood feels safe and the neighbor next door is super friendly!!! It’s an amazing place to stay! She even had craft stuff for adults and littles!!! Highly recommend!!

This place is a gem! We initially rented the house for out of town family attending our son’s high school graduation party … which ended up taking place in a separate building on the property! Plenty of space for a bounce house & green space for the little (and bigger) kids to run & play. It was the perfect solution & home-base for all those that gathered. - John was accommodating in our shifting timelines, very responsive to questions & also was proactive in anticipating our needs & questions. All who stayed here said they would stay again. We HIGHLY recommend!!

Excellent communications with response within a minute. We were here for our annual trip to Iowa to visit friends and family and it was a perfect location. Extremely pet friendly with a beautiful fenced back yard. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard listening to the birds and watching the wildlife ( squirrels and rabbits) and so did our dogs. Will diffidently will try and stay here again.

Dylan's place was just as described - good space and amenities. The fenced backyard and deck were great. It was very close to local coffee shops/diners and had all we needed for a weekend away.

Loved my stay at Brady's place! The house is close to downtown and NewBo, and has been prepared for guests with a lot of thought and care. I really appreciated having a dishwasher and a washer/dryer unit in the house. My stay was really comfortable and convenient, and the neighborhood was quiet despite being close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for Families, Pets, & Long-Term Stays! We had a wonderful 5 month stay at Mallory & Jack’s house! It's just under a mile from uptown Marion in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It’s in a great location, close to CR, restaurants, shops, parks, & everything we needed. We were traveling with our 2 young kids & dogs, and the house was perfect for all of us. It was clean, cozy, & well stocked with fresh towels, bedding, hangers, closet space, & everything we needed in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi was strong & reliable, which was a big plus for both work & streaming. The fully fenced yard was ideal for our dogs, & the kids loved having room to play safely. The quiet street, back deck, & garden made it easy to relax & enjoy peaceful evenings. Mallory & Jack were fantastic—friendly, responsive, & helpful throughout our stay. They clearly put a lot of care into the home. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped stay near Cedar Rapids!

I booked this cabin for my Bachelorette/Bridal Shower weekend & it was perfect! There was more than enough room and it felt so homey. Couldn’t recommend this enough to anyone looking to gather with a large group in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area - West Branch is not too far! The vineyard and setting is also beautiful. We had everything we needed and the host always answered my questions to prepare for our stay. I would stay here again!

Plenty of room for my work trip. Nice quiet Cedar Rapids neighborhood with all the amenities. 5 minutes from downtown.

The space was perfect for our small group in town for the weekend.

The farmhouse gave plenty of space for four of us to spread out and have our own space. Very close to the airport and other locations in Cedar Rapids. It was great to see the garden and see the great contribution it is making to the community.

We had an excellent weekend. Ideal for our girls weekend and would highly recommend. I had a few questions for the owner and messaged her and her responses were immediate and kind. I noticed later, the answers to my questions were in the house book they had carefully put together for their guests. Place was everything they had desribed!

We had a great stay and felt like we had everything we needed. The house is close to shopping and a park and the main trail that runs through CR. The hot tub was fantastic and I loved that there was shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided. The only "negative" was that the yard isn't fully fenced and we have a dog, but that's easily fixed by bringing a leash! I'm looking forward to staying again the next time we visit.

We loved the house and enjoyed our stay. Very appreciative of the fact we were able to bring our dogs, they loved it as much as we did. Clean house, plenty of room, and lots to do in the area. Couldn’t tell which side of the house was considered the front regarding the rules that were given, so I made the mistake of our dogs almost meeting the neighbors dog who seemed fairly aggressive, no other complaints though. The hot tub was great!

Our family loved our stay! Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed the curtained off beds, which were cleverly equipped with fans. The outdoor tub was a fun touch. There was a lot of closet space. And my husband enjoyed the weights in the gym area. Would highly recommend!

We were so very impressed with the layout of the house, the size of the yard, the hot tub and all of the games available. The kitchen was generously stocked with all the pots and pans we needed and had a great selection of spices available. Lots of different coffee. For us it was a magical week. We never needed Harshad’s assistance but he kept in touch during the entire stay. We give this place our highest recommendation. If we stay in any of the other cities that Harshad & Ishti have homes, we will definitely look at them first.
