Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

Cozy, spacious cottage with a beautiful sunroom porch where guests can enjoy peace and quite. Free Wi-Fi, conveniently located within minutes of downtown, great restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store is right up the road! Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

Perfect! The property was so beautiful - clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and with all the comforts of home! My family wanted to stay longer! Can’t think of a single way they could improve. You will love the open layout, comfy beds, updated bathrooms, bedroom fans, stocked kitchen, games, and more! Plus it is surrounded by lovely landscaping and a short walk to the playground. Close enough easy access, but far enough away to never hear a sound!

Excellent communications with response within a minute. We were here for our annual trip to Iowa to visit friends and family and it was a perfect location. Extremely pet friendly with a beautiful fenced back yard. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard listening to the birds and watching the wildlife ( squirrels and rabbits) and so did our dogs. Will diffidently will try and stay here again.

We stayed at Scot and Candace's home while in Marion for a family gathering. They we're very responsive to our questions and needs. The home is clean and spacious with plenty of room for us to gather. They even had extra supplies for those of us who forgot to pack toothbrushes! We would definitely come back in the future.
