Holiday rentals with a patio in Marion County

This apartment was perfect for out needs. We were only in the apartment at night so didn't need much in the way of "extras". As a past guest wrote - the furnishings are sparse, but had what we needed. My friends were happy with the coffee pods. Would stay here again if I was ever in Morgantown.

Staying here was an absolutely peaceful and relaxing experience. From the minute we arrived we felt more than at home, it was perfectly clean and felt very cozy. The extra touches of complimentary cinnamon swirl bread, popcorn and much more made for a very relaxing experience. It was great to spend some much needed time away hiking in some of the local parks. Laurel and LoriAnn are wonderful hostesses. They really wanted to ensure that our stay was excellent. They resolved a couple of issues immediately. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. We would stay here again.

Great location near both WVU campus and Football stadium. Would definitely stay here again!

House is as describe and as pictured. Good central location to surround restaurants etc. Well maintained unit and clean overall. Towels and extra linen provided. Host was great with communication, and response time. No complaints from us. Definitely would consider staying here again, if in the area.

We only stayed 1 night but really enjoyed it. The place is just as described. Very clean and comfortable. There were snacks and single serve cereals on the counter and a few mini sodas and milk in the fridge....VERY nice touch! The only negative thing i can say....and this has nothing to do with the accommodations or the host, just something to be aware of.....the person in the apartment above you is a HEAVY walker. Other than that, is was a perfect stay and would certainly stay again.

This place was incredible! It was located right in the middle of all the places that we wanted to visit, so we didn't waste much time traveling. The area was super quiet. It was clean and the furniture was comfortable to sit on. There was a large TV to watch in the late evenings, once we arrived home. It was just wonderful and will definitely be returning next year!

Our stay in Elizabeth’s home was great! We loved the backyard and the ability to walk to the park down the street. She has everything you need and more (from baking to using the fire pit). Very cozy place to stay for our family! It’s also close to downtown Morgantown so we got to easily explore there too.

Matthew's house was awesome. It had everything we needed for a weekend. Just wish we weren't so busy all weekend so we could use the hot tub. Walked outside one morning to load luggage and scared a deer off the lawn. Went back in for more and came out, and scared a rabbit off the lawn. Quite the collection of critters in the neighborhood. Matt met us at the door and set up the door lock for us. Very nice host, very nice neighborhood, very nice house.

Nika is a wonderful host with a lovely space. Nika's home is clean and inviting and very much as described. The space is quite large and open, and was perfect for a weekend trip to Morgantown. It is easy to find and a in a great location with easy and quick access to Morgantown's downtown districts. I look forward to visiting the area again in the future, and you'd be remiss not to stay with Nika. Thank you again for having us. Cheers from Baltimore!

Leslie was a wonderful host… so friendly and responsive. House was comfortable, especially the large sectional and the puffy chairs on the porch. Kitchen was perfect to make a couple of meals for our kiddo. It was the perfect place to stay while catching up to our WVU student! Thanks Leslie. We’ll definitely stay again.

House was perfect for our family

Place was very nice and clean. Anthony was a great, communicated well, and was open to suggestions. But I feel that the price was a bit high for 5 days.

We’ve stayed at Larissa’s place twice now when we’ve traveled to Morgantown to see friends or for a show, and we’ll likely be back again the next time we don’t want to drive back to Pittsburgh. It’s super clean, cozy, quiet, and private, and Larissa is very communicative and accomodating. It’s close to downtown and walkable to local places. Highly recommend.
